Lovely flat with large terrace and nice view

Welcome to my apartment, a former hotel room in a beautiful 1930s listed building recognized as a Remarkable Monument, on the 5th floor with an elevator. It features a large private terrace with views over the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed the “New Brooklyn”. Just next to Paris, it is close to all amenities, shops, and public transport, as well as Parc de la Villette. Hoche station (Metro line 5), Pantin RER – Mairie, and Tram T3 are 500m away.

Small tastefully decorated and functional apartment, 37m2, 1 parent bedroom, 1 child bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. It has a good parental mattress and gas for cooking. Be careful, there is no television! The kitchen worktop is not yet completed but all the equipment is available (dishwasher, washing machine and gas stove). The metro (Pantin church) is 3 minutes away on foot, the canal is one street away and the Parc de la Villette is 2 metro stations away.

Very nice and typical apartment, 60 m2, last floor with elevator, fully equipped In the Marais near Carreau du Temple et rue de Bretagne. Nice view on the sky and sunsets. Charm, calm and light .Visit the historic centers of Paris and its shops, bars, restaurants, museums and terraces. 2 bedrooms (one for one person bed (90x200cm)and the other with bed 160x200cm).
