This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment has a sofa bed with a mattress width of 100 cm in the large living room.

This lovingly furnished apartment is located in a 2-story building with a Greek restaurant downstairs in the house. It is close to the S-Zepernick (30 minutes to Friedrichstr.) Schwanenburg Apartments at Helios Klinikum - Apartment 4: This small, modern apartment (17 sqm) has one room with a double beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Supermarkets, bakery and drugstore are within walking distance. Parking and WLAN (for surfing/emails, no streaming/video calls) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, directly on the Berlin city border. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Brandenburg at its best! A dreamlike holiday home in the middle of the countryside on the edge of the village with a view of the Spree. The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
