In the house there is a heat pump, pellet stove and underfloor heating throughout the lower floor. * Washing machine * Large TV with Netflix and HBO Max. * Weber Spirit gas grill. There is a new and extended terrace to the east and a small terrace to the west, where the west-facing terrace is surrounded by trees and not particularly suitable for anything other than standing in the shade with the grill.

Cozy newly renovated apartment in its own section in a charming country house centrally located in Vendsyssel. Whether you rent one or two rooms, the apartment is not shared with other guests. Enjoy the peace, nature and wildlife on the property with trails and cozy nooks. Many hiking trails and Hærvejen are in the immediate vicinity. With 6 minutes to the E45, the place is suitable as a starting point for experiences in Vendsyssel.

The home is of high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the lovely swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and the beach, which you can reach on a brisk walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside town of Lønstrup to do the day's shopping. There is also a nice selection of restaurants and shops.

Viewing house with good amenities

The house is centrally located in Aalborg with cycling distance to everything. From the house there are views over most of the city, so you can sit in the lounge on the balcony and enjoy the view. There is a ping-pong table, foosball, basketball hoop and training room, so there is plenty of opportunity for entertainment. On the 1st floor there is a hot tub in the bathroom. Also from here, there's a nice view. There is a small chicken coop in the backyard, so you can pick up fresh eggs for breakfast :)

Nyrenoveret i 2023 midt i Himmerland resort. 3 soveværelser (heraf 1 i stueetage) Gratis adgang til fodbold, multisportsbane og meget mere. Mulighed for alle former for aktiv ferie/weekend lige uden for døren blandt andet Fodbold, paddel, tennis, fitness, multibane, golf, spa, svømmehal, bowling, 3 forskellige restauranter og meget mere. Helt ny legeplads, nyrenoveret fant minigolfanlæg og indendørs legerum til de mindste.

This house is our magical “summer dream” and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do 💗 It’s the perfect setting for a great family holiday. Only a 5 min. walk to the beach down a lovely path and just a few minutes driving to Ålbæk town and 20 min. to Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, activity room, open kitchen and dining space and livingroom as well as a terrace with a garden around it with a playground and sandbox. It also has a sauna, outdoor bath and wood-fired hot tub.

Stort køkkenalrum og stue. 3 børneværelser, hvoraf 2 af dem er med dobbeltseng. 2 badeværelser, det ene med badekar og udgang til udebruser. Dejlig have med stor trampolin, legehus og legetårn. Stor integreret garage på 75 kvm med eget træningslokale. Alt træningsudstyr. Bordtennis bord også i garagen. Der er ca. 10 minutter i bil til Aalborg centrum. 40 minutter til Fårup sommerland.

The main house has a kitchen-all-room, bathroom and toilet, back room with washing machine and dryer, and 3 rooms on 1 floor. I will be staying in the extension myself. I have 2 peaceful white sheepdogs and 3 cats The house is located in the old town with a well-functioning playground “Pletten” nearby. 1 km to shopping and 10 km to a good beach (see Pia's guidebook for more experiences) As for pets, I can make exceptions. Inquire when booking. No smoking allowed inside the house

Bring the whole family to this amazing home, with plenty of room for fun and enjoyment. There is a large outdoor heated pool, trampoline, swing set, two large terraces and garage. The house consists of two children's rooms, a master bedroom, large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as a home gym and laundry room in the basement. There is a small, affectionate cat in the house, with its own entrance and exit, but who would like some food and drink during the stay.

The apartment has a bedroom that sleeps two, a large bathroom with shower and hot tub, access to a sauna and a small kitchenette. Located 10 km from the E45 highway, directly on Hærvejen and only 400 meters from the grocery store. The apartment is undisturbed from the rest of the house. Free parking right at the door.

This apartment is located with the best view of the pier in Løkken. Perfect for all families, couples and the surfing crowd. As a family, it is child-friendly, close to the beach and exploring its bunkers. Løkkenhallen with the best swimming pool is a couple of hundred meters from here. Løkken is also very popular for wave and kite surfers.
