BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are just a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-flooded rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.

The state capital Schwerin levies a tax on overnight stays of 5%, which is paid separately by us and is included in the overnight rate. EDIT: As of 05/01/25, the tax will be raised to 7%!

Between two Schwerin lakes, in a quiet location and close to the city, you will live in a bright 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with balcony. Parking is available right outside the front door on the street free of charge. Schwerin Palace and the city are a 15-minute walk away, partly along the lake.
