This house was beautiful and very clean. We had 1 maintenance issue and Lucus responsed within 1 min and a maintenance person was there within 10mins. The house has everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen and baths. We enjoyed our stay and will book there again if in the area. Thank you Lucus for sharing your house.

Phillip was an outstanding host, communication is key for me and he excelled at thay. My only issue is that the bed was firmer than I like but that didn't kill my stay or the vibe. A mattress topper would help make it more comfortable for those that have a preference when it comes to that.

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is wonderful, and the kitchen had all of the appropriate cookware and serving utensils we needed. Though the living room furniture is small to accommodate up to 6-8 guests, we were all comfortable, (bring your own air freshener if you're sharing 1 of the 2 bathrooms with that many people, ha!) Regardless, I would choose Mac's thoughtfully curated stay every time!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!! Our sweet rescue, Waylon, gave it 5 paws also! The house was even better than described and the location is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle! Greg and Megan were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. For peace and serenity to enjoy God’s creation, this is the place!

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. Absolutely beautiful—just like the photos. Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located with a lovely footpath to the beach. Clean, fresh, stylish, super comfortable, and high-quality throughout. The hosts are amazing. Hope it’s available next time I’m in Jacksonville!

Omg. Where to start. Marie was an amazing host and very tentative. Her home was charming and very cozy. From the customization of the little touches like having my name and welcome in the home made a personal touch. Gave recommendations on local breakfast, lunch or dinner places and a little to do around the neighborhood. 10/10 I do recommend and I would definitely book again

The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

We had a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time visiting this rental because we loved it so much the first time. Beautiful views, wonderful location, and the hosts are great communicators. The only recommendation I had was to get a new grill because the one there is very weathered and we could hardly cook our food on it because most of the burners weren’t working. This can happen to anything outside in the elements by the ocean though, so I would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place!! We all felt right at home. It had everything we needed, including 1 minute or less walk to the nearest pool and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The wagon and beach toys/chairs were so handy. We loved the patio and comfy beds. We slept so good there! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We will definitely come back!

Had a great stay in Jax Beach. As a local to the area I knew this was a great choice for a spur of the moment stay. Close to local activities. Nicole provided a fantastic list of local restaurants. Being right at the beach with choice of time in the ocean or enjoying the pool was priceless.

This place was beautiful! The plantation was amazing with tons of restaurants and things to do, the golf cart was a huge plus was able to drive to multiple restaurants! This condo was very peaceful and private, the whole week we were there the beach was never crowded had our own little spot with barely no one around us! We brought our dog with us and he loved the beach he was able to run around with no leash it was great! The view from the balcony was picture perfect. The condo was nice and clean and the bed was super comfy. Would love to visit again! Highly recommend!!! Thank you for hosting us<3
