This is one of the most immaculate Airbnb rentals I have ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. Host was responsive and informative during entire process. The property and views are stunning. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

This place was AMAZING!!!!! The views of the beach were beautiful. We would definitely love to stay again, hopefully that will be soon. I came to visit my Navy son and his wife. Ashley’s Condo was exactly what we needed. Great value! Great location, we felt close to all the things we wanted to see yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Great access to the beach and it was beautiful and peaceful. The pool was just right and not crowded at all. We felt safe and we slept well. I would definitely book this place again.

We only spend a night at Vito's beach condo. Location was perfect if you want to be steps from beach and pool, and able to drive to historic district of St. Augustine. Vito is very responsive and very helpful to make sure you have what you need! Thank you very much Vito!

My group was myself, my daughter (18 yrs) and 3 friends. We were very comfortable and the location was great. We enjoyed being able to walk the very short distance to the beach and having a pool and pickleball/tennis courts was an added bonus! The condo was very clean, so cute, and had everything we could have needed (cooler, towels, sunblock, washer/dryer). The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

We loved our stay at Amy's condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The beach is just steps away. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Amy was friendly and communicative. We will definitely be back!!!

What a lovely place for my family and I to stay! It was only a few blocks to the beach . And only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The folks at First Coast did an excellent job in setting up last minute accommodations for us. The unit we rented was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. Communication was easy, although there was really nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Would definitely rent from First Coast again.

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachside rental! The check-in process was smooth, and finding the place was easy. The owners clearly put in a lot of care to modernize and maintain the unit. The WIFI was flawless!.Whether we were streaming, working remotely, or planning our next day’s activities, the internet never skipped a beat. This was a huge plus, especially for those of us who needed to stay connected during the trip We stayed in a bottom unit, and while we occasionally heard footsteps from above, it was never disruptive. Parking was mostly easy. The best part? You’re just steps away from the beach! It was amazing to wake up, step outside, and be right on the sand.

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

Second time staying at this unit, and despite the weather making the beach a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely pay attention where you're stepping-- the "Beware of Snakes" signs on the lawn are there for a reason. The hurricane probably displaced a few from their normal homes, but there was a tiny rattlesnake on the walkway our first day, so be especially careful if you're got your fur babies with you.

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. All amenities are very close by. The beach was very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Thank you so much.

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Great location- walkable to the beach and very short drive to downtown restaurants, mini golf, brewery, coffee, etc. The thoughtful things like beach gear, wagon and beach towels make it super convenient for families flying in from out of state (NJ). The little touches like laundry pods and kids cutlery and plates are super thoughtful. Place was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. Would love to return!

Had a great stay! Very clean. As pictured and described. Great communication with host. Butler Beach is awesome. Bikes were an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.
