Condo holiday rentals in Palm Valley

Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

The purpose for our trip was to visit family living in the area. The location was IDEAL. And the 2 king sized suites made it more so. It gives the feel of a luxury hotel. The place was immaculate. It had every creature comfort one could want. JCE went above and beyond what anyone would expect in making us feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend this location and JCE. They are indeed SUPER HOSTS.

Another amazing stay! This property is pristine. Every amenity that you need for your stay is provided and at great quality. From the linens to the dinnerware to the paper products, all the best quality, that just make you feel at home. It is in very close proximity to the beach. You’re able to grab a cup of coffee ( to go cups even provided) and watch the sunrise, walk the beach and collect shells with a 2 min walk across the street! I can’t recommend this property enough! The hosts are so thoughtful and responsive! It is cozy, clean and comfortable! Can’t wait to come again next year!!!

This Airbnb was one of my favorite stays—and I’ve stayed at Airbnbs all over the world. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat just steps from the beach. Christine truly thought of all the little details that make a stay feel special.

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

Darlene is very kind and responds quickly to any questions. The condo is an easy walk to a private beach. Being on the first floor and parking right in front is a plus. It was very nicely decorated and quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. Thank you for everything Darlene

I had an amazing stay at Missy and Scott’s place, I traveled for work and felt both at peace and right at home every evening I was there. They went above and beyond to ensure everything needed for a great stay was available, whether it be the basics such as laundry detergent or the fine details such as dimming lights in every location of the house. I would highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider Missy and Scott’s place!

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

We had a great stay. This place is kept in top notch condition and was very well stocked - best in all the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Amazing location / super convenient. Super comfy beds and couch too. We will definitely be back!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!

Clean, convenient, private, quiet, comfortable. I was in town for a 3-day event near the main beach, but chose to stay in a calmer location away from the crowds. It was the right choice for me and my dog. I liked that the closest beach access was one without a parking lot, making it less crowded and that the unit has an assigned parking space. Just be aware that while the complex is a block from the beach, the unit is in the back of the complex. It's also upstairs at the back of the building, making it a short walk from the parking lot. Easily doable for me, but wouldn't want it to be a surprise for someone with less mobility. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The space was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Hands down, these were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental—we all slept incredibly well. It was also a huge bonus being able to bring our dogs; they loved being part of the trip and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo. Perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Loved the tall outside chairs for viewing the ocean and pool below. Great having beach chairs that seemed brand new. Wish we could have seen the sunrise from the deck but the sun moves throughout the year so it wasn't in our viewing area. However, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the early morning to catch it. Great beach for fast walking. Go horseback riding in the morning it was so peaceful, there is two companies and they're both great! If we come back to Amelia Island we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michelle!😊

We loved our stay! The view from the room was incredible and the beach area never seemed too crowded. The place had everything we needed and even additional things which was a plus. We only had a minor issue with the AC but Karen was quick to respond and we got it fixed quickly! Would stay again!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

Perfect location right on the beach — gorgeous views, super clean, and very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed, and the host was friendly and responsive. Loved the sunsets and easy access to the water. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This condo – and our experience – were great! The condo is in the best location within the community—peaceful, scenic, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the lanai, which was perfect for relaxing with a book, morning coffee, or an evening cocktail while gazing at the water view - and a lot of interesting birds! The condo seems freshly updated (master bathroom looks brand new), is spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is a dream with (all new?) appliances including double oven and 5-burner gas range—perfect for cooking in. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room are just a short walk away. It was close to world-class restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, white sand beaches, “30 golf courses within 30 minutes,” and downtown St Augustine. Marilyn is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.
