Beachfront holiday rental in Palm Valley

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

Had an amazing time! Wonderful home with amazing views and right on the water. He provided baby gates which helped with my toddler. Supplied beach chairs and umbrellas! Really great place to stay for families

Reviews of Brian's house all said that it it was very peaceful, private and relaxing with a beautiful view from the deck. Which were all true. My husband and pup are very good at chilling and really enjoyed their down time there. I enjoyed the two seafood lunches at Cedar River Seafood located only a few miles from the house. They have the best gator tail, ever! Thanks, Brian for hosting us!

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé’s quick 3 day stay. It was peaceful, right on the beach, and close enough to downtown that we didn’t mind venturing out a couple times for food and things to do. Most importantly, this was truly the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. I saw people raving about cleanliness in the reviews, but it was truly spotless. It made the stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo. Perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Loved the tall outside chairs for viewing the ocean and pool below. Great having beach chairs that seemed brand new. Wish we could have seen the sunrise from the deck but the sun moves throughout the year so it wasn't in our viewing area. However, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the early morning to catch it. Great beach for fast walking. Go horseback riding in the morning it was so peaceful, there is two companies and they're both great! If we come back to Amelia Island we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michelle!😊

We loved our stay! The view from the room was incredible and the beach area never seemed too crowded. The place had everything we needed and even additional things which was a plus. We only had a minor issue with the AC but Karen was quick to respond and we got it fixed quickly! Would stay again!

The accommodations were very clean and comfortable . The view was spectacular 😍 The distance to the beach was perfect. Our trip was relaxing and amazing. Being older, we were glad we rented a car to go out dining in the evening. We didn’t really explore the area but we were really more comfortable just hanging on the beach, the pool and the condo. Total relaxation was our goal and that goal was reached😍 Thank you so much❣️

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.

Cindy is rated super host. It's no wonder; she's easily accessible, responsive and delightful. The unit itself? 5 out of 5. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Great proximity to pools AND beach. My sisters and I enjoyed everything needed for a week-long stress free/care free vacation. We so enjoyed meals out on the balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Would we go back? The space had a perfect blend of comfort and style, with modern amenities while still maintaining a warm, homey feel. The location was fantastic—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The outdoor seating area was a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless and offering great local tips. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this bungalow to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

We had a great weekend here! Super close to the beach and had balconies to watch sunrise on. Tony and Yvette were very communicative and great at checking in with us. The place looks just like the photos and was super clean. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Another amazing stay! This property is pristine. Every amenity that you need for your stay is provided and at great quality. From the linens to the dinnerware to the paper products, all the best quality, that just make you feel at home. It is in very close proximity to the beach. You’re able to grab a cup of coffee ( to go cups even provided) and watch the sunrise, walk the beach and collect shells with a 2 min walk across the street! I can’t recommend this property enough! The hosts are so thoughtful and responsive! It is cozy, clean and comfortable! Can’t wait to come again next year!!!

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

This was our second time staying here. The place is perfectly peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Plenty of fishing, shark teeth hunting, and watching the various ships. FANTASTIC host we will most definitely be back for a 3rd time!

Kristi’s place was amazing and exactly what I needed for a beach getaway. It even came complete with beach gear which came in handy. Highly recommend!
