Holiday rentals with a patio in Palm Bay

Erin was an amazing host! She was flexible with our needs and provided great service & communication. I would highly recommend checking out the units she has at Cocoa Beach! Clean, welcoming and the location is perfect! There was everything supply wise needed to cook and no worry about bringing sheets/ towels. Walk across the street to the path through the sand dune and you are on the beach. This is also away from the tourist area and not crowded on the beach. Great value for the price and excellent host and team!! Looking to book more units next visit and bring my kids and grandkids. Thank you for a great experience.

Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. I had an amazing stay here! The beach access was so easy and there were lots of towels and sitting areas to relax on. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was close to a ton of restaurants and bars, including the downtown area. There was lots to do! Lindsey was very responsive and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I would recommend this place to others.

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

The Cozy Pinapple was indeed cozy! We loved the property. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The inside was comfortable , clean and accommodating. The pool was absolutely luxurious, clean and warm. The surroundings were scenic and serene. We enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life from the dock. We saw manatees and sting ray, tons of fish and birds and had the most beautiful view of the strawberry moon. We would be happy to come back. This place was absolutely ideal for a relaxing getaway close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches.

We had a terrific stay! We had a little glitch with the AC...the batteries in the thermostat needed to be changed. Kathy and Jamie were quick to solve the problem and even sent a professional to double check the unit to make sure it worked after replacing the batteries. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

Ariel is a super host for this gem of a house. Always responsive, flexible and the house was in prestine conditions. A relaxing weekend with magical views and surroundings.

This is our second time staying in Corey’s beautiful home and it accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. It’s clean and spacious. Big yard for kids to kick a soccer ball around, and our oldest went fishing off the pier. Only recommendation is to pack bug spray. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our family getaway. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were a big hit for both the kids and adults. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed. Kristen was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Originally from the Brevard County area, my wife & I decided to spend our anniversary here. Happy to say, this island getaway was EXACTLY as advertised. Ana picked us up at the dock in her pontoon, & ferried us across the river to check in. She was extremely accommodating, offering access to a small private beach area, kayaks, & even a golf cart! The 2-bed, 2-bath home itself was clean, well decorated, & boasted a beautiful kitchen area. Cooking & eating utensils were provided, as well as an outdoor gas-grill on the patio. There was plenty of room to lounge around, with excellent fishing using the private dock. Be sure to pack enough food for the trip. If you ask, Ana would be happy to arrange a ride back for store-runs, if necessary. The water is warm & relatively shallow, so if you’re up for a challenge, you could try kayaking across like we did! If you’re in the Grant-Valkaria area, I’d definitely recommend!

Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

We had a great stay at this convenient location! Tony was very helpful and responsive. The place is clean and well-equipped, location is great and quiet, and the pool and beach were great- would recommend!

Logis tranquille situé à 900m de la plage, où un stationnement gratuit est facilement accessible. La piscine du complexe est grande, et les autres occupants qu'on y rencontre sont très sympathiques. Lit hyper confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon et sa table, où nous avons pris tous nos repas. L'endroit est calme et paisible, et les épiceries sont facilement accessibles. La plage est propre et nous avons apprécié y passer nos journées, avec le parasol et chaises qui étaient à notre disposition (merci !!!). 2 minutes de voiture, et nous étions de retour au logis, où la piscine nous attendait. À recommander sans hésitation ! Nous y avons passé 8 jours qui se sont déroulés malheureusement trop rapidement.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Kristin’s place was beautiful and the perfect place for a quiet weekend! We couldn’t have asked for better, the pool was right around the corner and the condo had everything we needed and more!

My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!

The condo was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer . Beach access and amenities were nice though with our short stay we definitely weren’t able to take advantage of them. I guess we’ll save those for next visit. Thanks :)
