This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

The condo was perfectly situated and very comfortable. The resort has wonderful facilities and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is a hidden gem. The beach and several restaurants are all within walking distance. The property is quiet. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. The sheets are the best I've ever felt. Annalea is responsive and very friendly. I plan on returning here a few times every year indefinitely.

This location was perfect for our family, we really didn't need to leave the resort as it had everything we needed for the weekend. The front desk staff are extremely helpful. No toiletries are provided in the unit but if you go ask the front desk they have everything you need and are happy to help you. My only complaint would be the description had a "partial ocean view" but really there was no ocean view, we had a view of a parking lot.

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We had a wonderful time at this home in Sea Oaks. Awesome location close to the path to the beach. Very clean screened in porch, which was lovely in the am for coffee. We all slept really well everyday night and were super comfortable. Would recommend to others

Close to beach! Easy access from parking. Kitchen had everything you need and more. Fans in rooms but AC is cold already.

This place was perfect for our family’s spring break vacation! The resort had everything we could have wanted!! The pool was refreshing and not overcrowded, especially in the early evening. The kids loved the game room - complete with pool tables and an air hockey machine. The beach was so relaxing. There are umbrellas and chairs available to rent if needed. The walk to the beach is short - right down the wooden pathway. The showers along the way are great to rinse off the sand before heading back upstairs. The unit itself was pristine. We scored a spot on the 4th floor, so we had a great ocean view off the side of the balcony. There was plenty of space for 4 of us, and the well-stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals in the evening! There is also an incredible seafood place 1/2 mile away - right next to Publix. We are already excited for the next time we’re able to visit!! Thanks so much for the perfect trip! ☺️

This was a quiet place in a condo complex that had everything we needed, including a nice pool. It's a reasonable walk to the beach and bars and restaurants.

nice condo which is very well equipped .Nice and modern furniture. Kirche does have lots of herbs, seasoning etc which was very helpful.We enjoyed staying there.

I have stayed in many Air bnbs. Kristin’s place introduced a new level of hospitality, beauty and comfort. If you really want to feel right at home, this is the place to be!

The condo was exceptionally clean and had probably the BEST fit-out kitchen and other amenities such as linens and beach accessories of any other place I’ve ever stayed at! They even had scissors and flashlights! The proximity to the beach, especially considering children, was fantastic, and the pool was a nice addition for when the kids wanted a change of scenery at the end of the beach day. Plenty of shopping and restaurants and the grocery store is less than a mile away! The one downfall was that the construction noise at 7am on the weekdays is SO loud, but that was mentioned in the listing and it affects the entire complex. I just wasn’t prepared for just how loud it can be. I’d stay again in a heartbeat! Hoping the construction is done by next year!! Thanks!!

We were there for work, but we found peace and everything we needed to concentrate. Love this place.

The house was perfect for our families needs. The pool and hot tub were clean, the hot tub was perfectly heated for us every night. The kitchen had everything we needed. I was able to do laundry while we visited as well. I would visit again and recommend to other families.

My host was responsive and replied back from every messages I sent her. she helped me when I needed. she I really appreciate you and looking forward to Airbnb your coastal home.

I have never stayed in a better stocked airBnB. This place literally has everything and anything you could need. Fully stocked for the beach as well as staying home. Two beach wagons, tons of chairs, beach umbrellas, tons of options for pool toys, water guns, bikes, scooters, helmets… you see it in the pictures, it’s there and then some. Fence around the pool makes it super safe with kids playing outside when not swimming. An absolute dream for parents traveling with kids. Host(s) are extremely responsive and willing to help in whatever way possible. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

This house accommodated our large group with ample beds and bedrooms. Outside, we could spread out by the pool or at the table. A simple walk to the inlet was extra special where we watched fish jump out of the water in the afternoon. Lots of fridge and freezer space in the house and garage. Very quiet and serene surroundings.

We stayed at Daniel's place just after a cruise, in order to check out Cocoa Beach and the surrounding area. Everything went well and we enjoyed the space. Daniel and Angela keep a nice clean house and they were super friendly and easy to communicate with. We would recommend their place and would definitely stay there again if we're ever back in the area.

Ryan was a highly responsive host. The house was clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Very nicely decorated as well. We enjoyed our stay.
