With a few steps enjoy on a neat rocky/pebble beach where your place with deckchairs is waiting for you. Perfectly located in the Zadar region, close to historical sights, magnificent natural locations, and a handful of opportunities for outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, climbing, swimming, diving, fishing, kayaking/rafting).

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Beach Rozin Bok 50m from the apartment. Parking, A/C, outside grill, and outside solar shower included. SUP and kayak are available during the stay in the apartment.

Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.
