Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Paljuv

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

For a family of 10 we had so much space . Lots of facilities in both parts of the villa but we generally cooked downstairs and was so homely . Beds very comfortable and home had air conditioning . Local shops and big supermarket so could eat in or go out . We had two hire cars so went to plitvice lakes which is well worth the visit and also split .

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything is accessible within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful holiday and we can only recommend this beautiful house. Just like in the pictures 👌

A beautiful house, very spacious and has everything you need. We were 13 people and had enough space for everyone! We drove 10 minutes to the beach, we were surrounded by beautiful nature and Kristina was always available! Everything very straightforward, made us feel welcome! We would go back in a heartbeat.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa. The property is finished to a very high specification, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and style. The pool was a definite highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in effortless. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

I must say that we are two architects... and that we initially thought the photos of the house were RENDERED... But Sanel had assured us that the house was really like this.... Well... I have to say that Sanel was wrong....the house is much more beautiful than the Photos.... It is a Fantastic house.... Curated in every aspect...Furnished with taste and functional in every aspect. Pool that will make you want to stay there all day. Relaxation area for children with soccer, billiards, darts...I have to tell you that if you want to be in full relaxation and dream of a life as a Hollywood actor you have to come and try this house. Bathrooms for every room ... Magnificent King size beds.... And since I travel a lot for work, I have to tell you that I also found the pillows Magnificent. And for the kitchen? well so beautiful that your wife will look like a chef... for her happiness in cooking you. If you want to feel good, this is the dream home in Vir... Believe me, the words are not enough to express its BEAUTY.

We wanted to get back to you and thank you for the wonderful and relaxing vacation in your home. Everything worked out great and everything worked out great. We will gladly recommend it to others and are considering whether we will come back again next year. However, one question remains unanswered. Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

Treehouse Lika 2 was a wonderful experience despite the fact that it poured most of the time we were there. The hot tub and wood stove made us extremely cozy and we took a much needed rest day. The place was a little older than I expected from the pics but all was clean and we had everything we needed (wood for the stove chopped to the right size, kitchen utensils, etc). There is not a lot in the immediate neighborhood but you can get to the Nikola Tesla Memorial and caves quickly. We had planned to go to Paklenica National Park but were rained out (it’s only about 45 minutes). (By the way, I highly recommend a visit to Paklenica if you like hiking.) Zoran’s place, though, is a perfect spot to just go to get away.

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful week of true relaxation. Pridraga is a quiet and comfortable village for several excursions. Amazing zad. The sea is beautiful but you need water shoes because of the stones. Very courteous and kind hosts. Thank you Brigitte for all the information.
