NO STRESS in Sunset apartment with garden

SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. Also, the apartment is soooooo close to: Paklenica NP, river Zrmanja, North Velebit Nature Park, Modric cave, Zadar, Nin, Plitvice Lakes NP, Krka Waterfalls NP, Kornati islands NP ... We are a family of 3 that have immigrated from South Africa to give our teenage daughter a life in Europe with its amazing history and lifestyle. We love to travel so Croatia was a great place due to my mom being from this village and my dad from Lika. We have built 4 beautiful apartments 2 with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch and 2 with 1 bedroom and a sleeper couch.Each apartment has a private entrance,parking and garden with BBQ and sitting areas with fire pit for those glorious nights.

Studio apartment with kitchen + private bathroom

The room and the bathroom have recently been renovated. Please note that there is no air-conditioning; however the room is on the ground floor of the house, it is not directly exposed to sun, it has massive walls so it doesn´t get hot there. Street parking is available free of charge. There is also no possibility to barbecue. You should have a car while in Novigrad -public transport is not good!
