Beach house holiday rentals in Palhoça

The weekend was great, the house was simple but very clean and organized, it was exactly what I was looking for, meeting my expectations, a dead-end street with almost no movement, very close to the beach, and a market nearby.

Regina was extremely attentive and helpful with us. We made the reservation a few hours away from our arrival and she answered us promptly. The house is excellent, super complete and comfortable. It is located in a safe place, meters from a quiet beach. In addition, it has a great grassy area for dogs.

The location is wonderful, going to the beach and the Centrinho on foot. We do not use the car for anything. I loved the stay and would like to come back again.

My family was very well received by Junior and Rúbia!!! We were accommodated on the ground floor of the front house, with 3 bedrooms, being 1 suite. 2 Dormitórios have air conditioning. The environment was extremely clean and organized. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake. The swimming pool has a heating system. The house is well equipped and close to the beach.

We were received by Mr. Padoin and wife who took a brief tour of the house, explaining us more details, were very dear! The house was clean, organized, we had bedding, towels and blankets available (although the bedding was a bit of a “guarded” smell). The outdoor space is beautiful, many butterflies in the garden, a sea view, swimming pool and barbecue! All great!! Late afternoon we had some nuisance with the kkk mosquitoes carry repellent, there are many! But because it is high on the hill and surrounded by nature, there is no escape. Very quiet, quiet place, it was worth the stay. The road is a bit bad to get to, from the ground and narrow, but we went with a sedan car and it was still quiet. We miss some kitchen utensils like cutlery and bowls, but we managed to turn around. There were 3 days of well spent rest:)

Dyanine was really an exemplary host. 15 of us traveled and she always responded to every inquiry immediately before, during and after the trip. The houses are super comfortable! The common space is excellent, as is the playroom. The pool is a good size for children and adults! We used everything for cooking: grill, clay oven, stove and electric oven. The neighborhood is super family-friendly, quiet... divine for walking! The beach is not the most beautiful, but it's fine to go and spend an afternoon with friends and family. I recommend the house 100% and Dyanine as a host

We had a wonderful weekend at this accommodation. Everything was impeccable when we arrived, the house and outdoor spaces are great. The house has all the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was always quick and we were well taken care of. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the centre and the beach. The house meets all the needs a family needs for a few vacation days. It is close to the beach, has nearby markets, full kitchen with various accessories and utilities. Barbecue area very good. I recommend, we are very pleased with the stay.

Very large and cozy house, has pretty much everything you need in the house. We love the place, very quiet. Matheus is in a very kind person. I highly recommend the place.

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.
