Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. "IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Magnifico appartamento situato in uno storico palazzo del 300 di origine romana immerso nel cuore della campagna umbra, in una storica azienda agricola. L'arredamento si presenta rinnovato e confortevole. Spazio ampio, luminoso, funzionale e con una vista tutta umbra, circondato dal vasto vigneto, oliveti secolari, incantevoli paesaggi, grande giardino e altre magnifiche piante. A 10 km di distanza dal centro storico di Perugia e a 10 km dal lago Trasimeno.

Francamente accoglienti per un magnifico soggiorno

Loft per due ideale per una coppia. Monolocale grande e nuovo, con balcone, tetto in legno e design moderno. Si trova al secondo piano di una casa curata ed abitata dalla famiglia che vi ospita. La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici. É adatto per brevi e lunghi periodi. A malincuore non possiamo accettare animali.
