The bedroom has a skylight; the property does not have an outdoor area, but no one objects to you hanging your washing in the lane. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer.
