Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

All in excellent condition. Private parking space inside the condominium. From the apartment you can reach the town (with supermarkets, shops, bars) and the port in 5 minutes on foot.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Large three-room apartment, panoramic terrace: 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 queen size) and small terrace; comfortable living room with kitchen, window and habitable terrace overlooking the port and the Maddalena archipelago, bathroom with shower and double sink. Air conditioning. The apartment is located in a quiet area and in the center with all services, boat rental for the National Park, ferry to Maddalena Island.

Apartment overlooking the beach, just renovated. Ideal for families. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the Porto Faro lighthouse and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. Get out of the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation is required for at least 2 consecutive weeks. Extra sheets and towels provided, only on request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. Extra IS due TO the rental TAX.
