Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

You will have access to the whole apartment, including shared kitchen, 2 toilets + living room. The building is from the 17th century (stairs only). Located in the famous pedestrian MONTORGUEIL street, the heart of Paris, you'll enjoy plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, museums (LE LOUVRE) and the easiest access to anywhere in Paris.

The bedding includes a queen size bed (160 x 200). The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator access. It is quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Close to Rue de Lévis with all its shops and restaurants.
