Holiday rentals with lake access in Pakoštane

The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Special mention for the host, extremely responsive, thoughtful and caring. Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. We loved staying at apartment Ivana - it’s close to lo lovely restaurants, beaches, and bars. It’s clean, comfy and well equipped - very spacious too. Great communication from host Denis.

We were warmly welcomed. When we came back from dinner in the evening, Marina brought us fresh homemade cakes. We felt very comfortable at Marina & Goran's place.

It was one of the best of our vacations. Śime and his family are very welcoming, caring and kind hosts. The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped and very clean. A nice surprise for us was the welcome basket of fruit and drinks in the fridge. We are always ready to give advice on where to hang out or eat in Pakostane. The apartment itself is close to everything and together with this in a quiet and peaceful place, just behind the line of bustling seaside eateries with smoking fire pits in the evenings. On the last day, we were able to leave a few hours later and go to the beach in the morning, for which we would like to thank the hosts.

It was fabulous. Lovely, fully decorated apartment, very modern. The hosts are very friendly, we were greeted by fritters and fresh flowers. The apartment is in a great location, everything is nearby. Highly recommended.

A big favorite for this family and this apartment. I was really sad to leave. We were welcomed like a mom with her kids. everything is well equipped, clean. A great welcome at the door with arrival gifts. Excellent wifi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, a large shower, free parking and air conditioning which was vital during the summer. My eldest said wow this is luxury😂. In short, I shared the address on the networks because it was really nice. We are 10 minutes from Skradin, we stayed 5 days (visit to Krka, Split, Trogir, swimming in Lake Skradin, Primošten, Šibenik...). We were in peace. Everything was perfect!!!! Every time we needed something, we had it right away, it was amazing. You will remain the best memory of my vacation for this first one in Croatia. ❤️❤️❤️

The four of us spent a week at Branka's house. From beginning to end, everything was perfect, be it the communication with Branka (she always responded very quickly to inquiries), the warm welcome by Branka's parents, the furnishings of the house (especially in the kitchen, nothing is missing) and last but not least the unique location with breathtaking views of the sea. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are definitely in the right place. Despite the secluded location, you can also quickly reach the city by car. We can fully recommend Branka and the "Private beach house" and will definitely come back!

Luka and his parents were very accommodating and always helpful. The communication was great and they were always available and there immediately when you needed them. There was homemade honey and fresh figs as a welcome greeting, as well as a very good, homemade wine. In addition, bottles of water were cooled, so right upon arrival what has fresh to drink, you are very welcome in the heat. Thank you very much for the hospitality for the constant helpfulness. We are more than happy to recommend it.

Pleasant quiet stay in the countryside, not far from the highway. Easy to access. Spacious accommodation, well-equipped, comfortable. I have a good memory of my vacation in this area of Croatia.
