If you want to spend your vacation in the nature, in an isolated place, near the sea, yet close to all facilities, the newly renovated fisherman's house 'La Pineta' is the perfect choice for you. It is located on the island of Murter, far from the village. There is only one other house nearby, about 50 meters away, it is also for rent. The house is reachable by car with a macadam road - there is a private parking 70 meters from the house.

This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.

The house is blended with the nature and the use of resources from the nature of the stream (solar panels) and water (rainwater). The house is ideal for active holidays, quiet and no noise, traffic, neighbors and the Internet. Guests can use the fireplace where they can enjoy a variety of grill specialties.

Sea view Villa Rica is an amazing newly built holiday home located on elevated ground away from the tourist crowds, in the peaceful village of Podvrsje. With it's beautiful sea view terrace and a private heated swimming pool, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 6 guests. Selected by My Dalmatia for its great hosts and proximity to easily accessible sandy beaches.<br>

The house is newly decorated and is located near the beach, about 150 meters away. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room and a large terrace. There is also a small room and a large toilet. On the second floor there are 3 rooms with a double bed, two balconies and one large toilet.

The house is located right by the sea. It has its own parking and a place for a boat. It is modernly decorated and has everything needed to relax and rest. The only place is ideally located for a tour of the entire region. Nearby are NP Kornati and NP Krka as well as the city of Šibenik.
