Great place. Colette welcomes you as soon as you arrive, she is very responsive by message and attentive if necessary. It's in a small hamlet, the place is charming and relaxing to cut off from the world (but it still has Netflix😆) I would highly recommend it!

We stayed at Anne's apartment for the France Juniors Swimming Championships and it was perfect. It is well located and close to the Bréquigny pool. Great apartment, clean, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated. Anne is very responsive and was really accommodating for our departure. We recommend it.

Claire is a very responsive host for any questions prior to the stay. The hosting and the stay went very well. Very flexible in terms of schedule. Very good information about the area. I highly recommend Claire and her rental. You will have a lovely time in a very nice setting.

We had a lovely stay at this place. Very good communication with Benjamin who is a very attentive host. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and the patio is very nice. We were with 5 cars and we managed to park in very close and free parking spaces. A 30-minute walk from Place des Lices, the apartment is well placed for walking around Rennes.

We had a great stay. We primarily chose it because of the convenience of free private parking under the building which was very convenient, but also found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rennes and there is a nearby pharmacy, grocery store and plenty of other shops too. It is also very close to the Musée de Bretagne and library which was great for our young son. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen too.

A very nice functional accommodation (including professionally), pleasant and well placed geographically, with all the amenities you need inside and in very good condition, a wooded balcony, a very convenient and secure location for the vehicle. The most, this bouquet of spring flowers upon arrival! And a few fresh eggs!! It was a real pleasure to meet Pascal and Marie-Claire, very attentive hosts. A big thank you for their welcome and the pleasure of coming back to this accommodation or just having a coffee, if passing by. Obvious recommendation!

We had a great time at Patrick's, the accommodation is very spacious and very clean. The house is very well-equipped, you won't lack anything! The bedrooms and bedding are a super good point, the bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. There is also plenty of storage in the accommodation which is a significant plus! Everything is as pictured and the amenities listed in the listing are the same. The property is very spacious, the garden too, great to spend some time outside enjoying (soccer, swing for children...), the neighborhood is very quiet for a little rest it's the best of the best! Thanks again to Chrystèle who welcomed us and showed us around the house :), the explanations were clear and precise. Thanks again for the help you were able to give us during our stay and with responsiveness! I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Stay in a very pleasant place, outdoor setting with beautiful garden, quiet and relaxing, well arranged and well organized accommodation, there is what it takes.

We were warmly welcomed by Anne and given a tour of the cottage. She is very helpful and immediately available for questions. Everything perfectly clean, new and stylishly furnished with very good taste. The property is completely closed with walls and fence. Perfect for our boys to play. Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!
