You are 10 minutes from the pier for Brehat. You have an outdoor area where you can lounge, lunch not overlooked ,with a parking space. This place is not suitable for partying, the neighborhood must be respected.

The house consists of a beautiful living room with equipped kitchen area ( LV, LL, induction stove, oven, fridge/cong) dining area, and living room. Upstairs, a large bedroom and water slab/toilet. Facing south, a garden/patio. You can do anything on foot!
