11 out of 10! This place ticked all our boxes and absolutely exceeded our expectations! Private, gorgeous views and had everything we needed for a weekend away! We loved having an evening drink on the deck and watching the sunset in the hot tub! Silv and Steve were such wonderful hosts! They were friendly, genuine, generous and really walked the extra mile for us. Could not recommend their beautiful place enough!

"We had the pleasure of staying at Jessica's house for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as our first visit! The property is clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great weekend trip away at Bobba’s Bach, it was exactly what we wanted for our family of 7. Peaceful and private, with room for all of us, and didn’t feel squished. Was suitable for young children too with big back yard, and walking distance to Russel and other surroundings. We will definitely be back next summer.

What a fabulous house! Set in gorgeous gardens with lovely views from all windows the accommodation is spacious and very well designed. The colour scheme and carefully chosen artwork foster a sense of calm. Supremely comfortable beds and sofa. There is a generous deck and comfy outdoor furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the two bathrooms are modern with excellent showers. Toni is a great host who has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home, with an added touch of luxury.

We had a first class stay that will be forever memorable! 😊 First, the view off the deck is phenomenal….we were totally in our happy place! Spent many hours lounging with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, it was breathtaking! Walking the grounds through the fairy gardens was magical. Second, we have never experienced staying at a place with such a wonderful garden filled with lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, onions, herbs and the list goes on and on….thanks for sharing, we cherished every salad! Third, this home was pristine clean and had everything you needed to cook meals. The bed was super comfy and we slept soundly every night. Your homemade soaps were wonderful! Lastly, Shane & Lesley are top notch hosts (felt like we were spoiled); informative, kind, caring and very communicative. Thank you!

we had a family of 8 staying and the house suited us perfectly. Right on the beach with easy access to the boat ramp also the house had fish filleting area which was perfect. Great place to stay - worked perfectly for us. Gary

What a gem! Absolutely gorgeous spot - there are many things to do in the area and I still had a hard time getting everyone out of the house - All they wanted to do is enjoy the space and the incredible view from the deck with private beach entry 😄 The house is equipped very well with everything you may need in the kitchen and great outdoor living amenities The beds were comfy and fresh flowers around the house were a lovely touch Thank you again for hosting us Ceri/Elaine - will definitely be back and already recommended your place to all my friends

Perfect place to stay in the perfect location!

Beautiful secluded air bnb in a prime spot. The house looked exactly like the pictures 😊 quick and responsive communication as well which helped a lot. Would highly recommend and will book again when I head back up. Thank you again x

Fantastic location, the view from the bedroom was amazing. Raewyn and Theo have thought of everything to decorate / furnish the studio. Plenty of teas and coffee and milk were provided, the chocolates were a lovely thought. If our itinerary had allowed, we would have stayed longer, thank you both for a lovely pampered stay.

Superb balcony views from an elevated position. The hot tub was an added bonus. Peter gave us a welcoming run down of how to operate things which was very useful. Really enjoyed our stay.

The Stairs are worth the Effort. Highly Recommended. The Penthouse is a perfect place to stay when in Paihia. The location is ideal and within walking distance of the shops and beaches, the ferry over to Russel and out onto school road for the Lookout Track. The elevation gives you a great perch to look out onto the coast and outwards, which is great for relaxing after a day of activities. The Apartment is well equipped with all the kitchen ware you may need, the filtered water and the coffee machine are a great touch. Finally, Ange & Nic were very responsive, both before and during our stay, answering all our questions as they arose.

Wonderful location overlooking the pacific. A had bath at main level would have been helpful. Washer dryer took a long time. Updating them would be helpful.

Lovely, light, apartment with plenty of space for a one bedder, great terrace and line area with stunning views over Doubtless Bay. The walk down to Coopers Bay is quirky and once you are down there it feels so private.

A lovely home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Come for the home stay for the view! A spectacular vista, from the Whiria Pa, across the harbour to the golden sand dunes. Also, a great selection of books to while away the hours 🙂 We had the generous bonus of using the down stairs spa as there were no guests. perfect!

A great apartment at the Bay of islands Marina. Perfect for yachties and general tourists alike.

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

This is not just accommodation; it's#a first class experience that inspires & rejuvenates! It was hard to leave!

Vicki hosted me, my partner and our cat as I had business to attend to in Whangārei. The place was just as described in the listing with clear instructions and prompt communication which suited our needs. Vicki was also understanding of our travel arrangements and was able to accomodate our added request which I appreciated. I didn't get a chance to write in the visitor's book but I sure would've shared the same positive feedback. A highlight for me was seeing a kererū in the tree (which I don't get to see in Auckland). Our cat had a blast and was settled.

Margaret and Glen were perfect hosts. Their place is spectacular, with views that are hard to beat. The only down side was that our stay was too short.
