Holiday rentals with beach access in Paihia

This apartment was absolutely brilliant! We only meant to stay a few night but ended up staying more! Kelly was very helpful, and the apartment was perfectly placed in Russell. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved it! Thanks Kelly.

Lovely property with everything you could need! Deborah was a fantastic host - incredibly friendly and kind! 5 mins walk to Hihi beach and town only a short 10-15min drive away this is a perfect spot to explore the area. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m back in the area. Many thanks indeed for letting me stay!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb, one of if not the best we’ve ever stayed in (we’re doing a round the world trip so have stayed in a lot by now)! It was absolutely pristine, we felt like we were checking into a 5* hotel with the quality of the beds, linens, towels etc. It is genuinely nicer than the photos and more spacious, and it was so appreciated that Anita had some provisions and snacks like milk, chocolates, crisps and fruit there for us when we arrived. Anita is lovely and so friendly! She kindly greeted us at check in, showed us around and how everything works, and gave us some fantastic local recommendations which we did and thoroughly enjoyed, in particular the coastal trail to Paihia and getting the car ferry across the bay to go to Russell. The views over the bay, watching the boats come and go, are stunning. We didn’t use the BBQ that’s on the balcony but would have if we’d stayed longer, which I wish we had! Overall we couldn’t fault this place, and HIGHLY recommend staying

The Boathouse was in pristine condition and the view is stunning. We also loved watching the ferries come and go just outside. Beautiful run to Paihia and a walk back. Recommend The Blue Door in Paihia for breakfast.

This place was amazing from the easy and private access way to the beach to the great restaurants down in the road to the main centre. We loved walking up and having our breakfast over looking the bay. Definitely a gem of a place!

If you want to relax in a warm home with amazing views, quiet and peaceful, this is the place. Literally a 2minute drive to Russell waterfront with the Duke of Marlborough and other restaurants to choose from. We loved it.

This place was truly exceptional, one of the best stays we have ever had. Everything was exactly as described or even better. Check-in was smooth and simple, and the location is absolutely magical. The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The huge TV and incredibly comfortable sofa made relaxing in the evenings a real treat, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances that made cooking a pleasure. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, and having the beach just down a few steps felt like a private paradise. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. We felt instantly relaxed and completely at peace here. This is a rare find, and we are so glad we discovered it. I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough, and we are already dreaming of coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb right on the water’s edge. The location was absolutely stunning – peaceful, scenic, and so close to nature. Our host was super friendly and full of helpful local tips. We especially loved the walk to the nearby surf beach and grabbing a morning coffee at the local campground. A perfect spot to relax and explore!

Felt right at home. Had all the amenities and had the most beautiful view! Heaps of things to do for the kids. Super family friendly as well. Ben and Tereza were wonderful hosts.

Stunning week away over Easter. We arrived a few hours after a cyclone, which meant no power and water. Anneke was great with all communication about the situation. We chose to stay hoping the power would be back on soon. The next day it was. Meanwhile, Anneke bought us wine and coffee and then arranged a generator so we could shower and charge phones etc. Then we had six glorious days of sunshine with the odd shower. We love walking, so explored all the local walks in the booklets and info guide. Every afternoon we relaxed on the deck just watching the ocean and boats. We ended our days with an outdoor bath, which was Devine. Anneke was a wonderful host. A true legend. The Bach was beautiful, clean, new and private. Highly recommend.

The most serene beautiful location. Felt like a million miles from anywhere but best brekkie and coffee just steps from the door and a general store a couple of minutes away with everything you could need. Bed to die for, luxury linens and towels. Possibly the cleanest place EVER. thank you gavin, a perfect stay in a beautiful location.

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.
