We had such a fantastic stay. The amenities were fantastic, great views and we all felt right at home. Thank you for all the lovely touches of the Easter eggs and home baking too. It was the perfect place to stay in the lead up to our wedding.

Spent nearly 2 months right here, don’t think we can find any better place around this area. Thank you Peter, for your great help and your hospitality, all the kids have great time at here.

We absolutely loved our weekend. Beautiful house, stunning views, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shona is great and even gave us a late checkout which was a real treat. We will be back and would highly recommend!

We had an awesome stay and would recommend this airbnb to anyone especially if you are looking for a peaceful setting where you can see and hear the sea, which are close by. We were so relaxed and enjoyed the area, just a lovely place to stay and unwind.

This is beyond a 5 star stay. Steve and Silv's place was modern, with esthetics and modern touches that pleases the eye, even in the smallest places. You are situated in such a secluded, private area, with too tier amenities like a fire pit, hot tub, and pizza oven (They even gave us fresh pizza dough!). We even got to feed their alpacas which is such a crazy experience! The sunrise and sunset views are magical. Steve and silv have an oasis here, with multiple things that you can do right as you step foot out of the property. They even have a wood shop with stunning items. Thank you Steve and Silv, we'll be back soon, I'm sure anyone reading this will say the same after they experience the magic!

This was our second time returning to this magnificent accomodation. Once again I emphasise how important it is for you to not think twice about booking this Airbnb. This place has the stand-out magic that makes any ordinary rentable house into a holiday home for making precious memories. Its simply awe-inspiring upon first entry. The positive attributes of this accomodation from its views, scenery, amenities and hosts are far too many to list. This home exceeds beyond expectation. Thank you once again.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to be. It was as lovely as described and even more! It was all as described plus the things you can't always know until you get there... Spotlessly clean, comfortable, friendly neighborhood, no squeaky floors so you can get up for your morning coffee without disturbing anyone, an incredible changing landscape with the changing of the tides. Absolutely loved it!

We had a lovely comfortable stay at the Fish'more cottage. Inger and Claes were very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is private, set away from the main house in amongst the orange trees. It has been very well planned out and beautifully renovated. One of the highlights was feeding the pigs.

This apartment was absolutely brilliant! We only meant to stay a few night but ended up staying more! Kelly was very helpful, and the apartment was perfectly placed in Russell. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved it! Thanks Kelly.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Pacifica room! The suite was beautifully kept, peaceful and surrounded by nature. We had everything we needed and more including the gorgeous spa overlooking the ocean. Dave was super helpful and responsive. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Leanne was a wonderful host; excellent with communication and very helpful. The accomodation has a stunning view and is beautifully kept - comfortable, clean and just right for our stay (a two-nighter). The location was excellent; close to the city which has wonderful restaurants - of note The Quay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and cozy space with the most stunning view. Great location being walking distance to restaurants and the pier. Helen was lovely and greeted us when we arrived. Wished we could’ve enjoyed the space longer!

This was the most lovely accommodation! It was clean, well-appointed, and had the most beautiful view of the Bay. Wendy communicated well, and provided easy instructions for entry into the car park, and from there, into the apartment. Our two night stay was extremely quiet, which we expected, given it's not the high season, yet there was still enough going on about town that we never wanted for something to do! The location was absolutely ideal, as all businesses were within very easy, close-in walking distance. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer, and we'll definitely look to return!

We stayed at Roy’s Bayview Apartment for two nights during our Bay of Islands trip, and honestly - it was perfect. The property is beautifully kept, spacious and has the kind of views you just can’t stop staring at. Waking up to those views was such a treat. It felt private, quiet, luxurious and incredibly cosy. Roy was a thoughtful and communicative host, providing all the details we needed and going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making the apartment feel welcoming. It was the perfect base for exploring Paihia, Russell and Waitangi, but also ideal for just slowing down and soaking up the calm. We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Julie's place. The setting was beautiful and it felt like being in the middle of the bush. Julie is a very friendly and accommodating host and there were some lovely and thoughtful items she left inside the apartment, such as cookies for us and for our dog, muesli, yoghurt, milk and fresh fruit plus some dog poop bags etc. We met Julie and Dexter only briefly and would like to thank you for an enjoyable stay.

A lovely home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Come for the home stay for the view! A spectacular vista, from the Whiria Pa, across the harbour to the golden sand dunes. Also, a great selection of books to while away the hours 🙂 We had the generous bonus of using the down stairs spa as there were no guests. perfect!

Very friendly, very tidy well looked after property

The most serene beautiful location. Felt like a million miles from anywhere but best brekkie and coffee just steps from the door and a general store a couple of minutes away with everything you could need. Bed to die for, luxury linens and towels. Possibly the cleanest place EVER. thank you gavin, a perfect stay in a beautiful location.

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation. We stayed for three nights, and all loved it including our puppy. If we didn't have to be back home for things, we would've extended our stay by a couple more nights. I'm sure we will be back again though. Thanks for the lovely stay

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

We had a very pleasant stay here in Paihia with stunning water views. It was peaceful to come home to after touring all day. Easy check-in and good communication from the host. Would stay again!
