Nice, spacious and comfortable condo. Convenient location , close to supermarket, coffee shop and some restaurants. Great for a family.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

We had the most amazing time here! The house is beautiful and so perfect with so many spaces to relax and take in the gorgeous scenery. Our dogs loved the area and the little fenced in part of the yard. The location is the best part being right on the river and not too far from town. We also enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood during the day. This place was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back.

Loved this place. Perfect for our family in Spring Break. Our older daughter has space in the MIL suite and the kitchen was great to cook in. Hosts have all supplies you need to feast at home. Short walk to the lake and we are see the sled near the Summit which might have been the peak of our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perfect for us and our pups.

This 3-bedroom place worked great for our group of 6 adults and our many cooking projects. Had everything we needed - blankets, cookware, kettle, microwave and oven and stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. One bath is in the master suite, fyi. The neighborhood is not walking-friendly, but beautiful and convenient.

Hi Ohea, Thanks for a great living space. We had a grand time in your nicely appointed home. There was room to be together and also to comfortably have time to ourselves. Many good discussions were held in the "board room" aka the dining room. The time, love and attention to the arrangement, lighting and construction of the infrastructure and furniture was appreciated more than once. Thanks again for having us over. S, G & M People - what are you waiting for - rent this house. :)

The only mark against the location was the cost(AirBnB fees) otherwise it was wonderful. Chuck is very helpful, and aims to make sure uour stay is as comfortable as possible. would love to visit again, and NOT be there for work.

My family and I had a great stay at Jeff’s house in Pagosa Springs. The location is ideal for trips into the mountains for outdoor adventures and trips into town to enjoy the hot springs and restaurants. We woke every morning to plentiful mountain sunlight, fresh air and deer passing by through the trees. Very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to returning again sometime.

We had a positive experience staying at Rocky's place! It was cozy and comfy and just like described! The only thing noted was the "shared" hot tub and swimming pool are NOT on the property... You have to drive to a recreation center and pay a daily fee in order to swim... so we didn't get to swim...Added bonus was the beautiful Christmas tree and decor ♥️ We will definitely look to book again next time we visit Pagosa!

Condo was great for us and our two pups, we didn’t spend much time in the home. Didn’t hear neighbors, it was very quiet. They have dog blankets which is really nice! Close to everything in town walking distance to the coffee shop. Would probably stay here again. However it did seem pretty dusty / dirty. Counters were just spot cleaned you could see where they were wiped/ where they weren’t, microwave front has food/ hand prints all over it, tables etc had a lot of dust & pet hair on them, doors weren’t cleaned behind had trash/ dirt behind them, upstairs bathroom vent was caked with dust. Hopefully I just got a rushed cleaning. So giving benefit of the doubt and saying it’s 5 stars 🙂

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

Kim your Condo is so well equipped we traveled from California we all came to celebrate our Niece Graduating from Pagosa Springs High School she was the Valedictorian. Our Daughter cooked in your beautiful kitchen two great Dinners everyone came we are a very close family and we were able to have a wonderful happy family event with so much room indoors and outdoors thank you…..your neighbors Martha and Marc absolutely wonderful we followed all the HOA parking it was perfect. Our family will have many happy memories thank you again

Incredible house and the quintessential "Colorado log cabin." My family loved staying here and the location is perfect for all things Pagosa. Super dog friendly with plenty of room for them to run. One of the better places I've stayed in Pagosa Springs and we've been visiting for years. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin, great place for a family get away. The cabin included everything we needed for a restful stay. The host was very responsive.

This was a really nice house and had pretty much everything we needed. The WiFi was spotty at some points, but everyone was comfortable. The only downside is that it’s not walkable at all—it’s 10-15 minutes from downtown and no hikes that are walkable to the house, but we should’ve done our research. The kitchen was definitely the most well-stocked place I’ve stayed (utensils, spices, oils, etc). We had more than enough towels. The hot tub was awesome and the fenced in yard is ideal for pets. Neighborhood is quiet but has no street lamps, so it’s nerve racking to drive when it’s dark out. The washer and dryer is also so nice to have.

The River Cabin was exactly as described and shown which is great. But the surroundings were gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. The river is just in front of the cabin. The river was still high and swift during our stay so we weren't able to catch anything from it during our stay but we did catch some trout from the ponds. There is lots of room to roam on the property. With the cabin only 2 miles from downtown you can easily run there to grab a bite to eat. Kim and Conor are gracious and friendly hosts and very responsive. Seclusion, beauty, peace and quiet all close to town makes this the perfect place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Fabienne was a wonderful host, especially as we booked our trip on 8 hours notice! She was attentive and generous, and her dogs were amazing; our dog was so happy and seemed to love playing with them in the front yard. We loved the location, it was quiet, and the interior felt like a ski resort cabin! Thanks for your hospitality and we hope to be back soon!

I was sad to leave this place I really could have stayed longer thank you for allowing us to rent your home looking forward to doing it again.
