Just 8 minutes from up-town restaurants (15 to the downtown hot springs) but far enough away for peace and quiet. This is the perfect basecamp for hiking and biking! National Forest Access with 40+ miles of riding and hiking trails less than 1/3rd mile down our road. Numerous more trails nearby! Intimate, secluded quiet apartment

DO NOT BOOK W/O AWD-4WD IN WINTER. ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Do not book unless you are 24 or older. I am an on-site owner. Second story apartment is next door to my house. 2 mi. from downtown on a private road and 1 mile from US 160, 3 miles to uptown. Not in Aspen Springs. Private, quiet and secluded. Private deck with mountain views. A perfect place for a recharge and a romantic getaway. Plowed in winter but AWD IS REQUIRED. Recycling provided. Heat and water are solar when it's sunny.

I cannot recommend this property enough. We visit Pagosa every summer and this is hands down my favorite place we’ve stayed. The condo had everything we needed, and was so stylish yet incredibly comfortable. The hosts were incredible. It looked exactly like the photos with all amenities described. The location is walkable to all the shops, and multiple hot spring options. We did the day pass for the resort and visited each evening after a day of exploring (rafting with Pagosa Outside, train ride from Durango, trail ride through San Juan Natl Forest with Elkheart Outfitters). Cannot wait to stay here again!
