Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

This is an absolute gem and highly recommended. It was spotless and very bright and airy, exactly as described. Our two dogs loved it and there were nice touches.....dog towels and bowls provided. The pubs were 15/20 minutes walk (there is an alley way beside no. 35 Sea Lane which cuts off the corner to the pubs) and we ate at the Lion where the food was excellent. The weather was dodgy on our second day but the beach cafe (no dogs inside) who also run the outdoor seating area opposite, have a number of "carriages" which was perfect for a coffee in the rain. The beach is all pebbly and you are asked to keep dogs on the lead.....it was super quiet and very clean and unspoilt. We had a very relaxing few days and would love to come back. My 3rd stay. Attention to detail, care and love obviously goes into this home. So many precious little extras that take it from great to exceptional. Thank you again ❤️
