Holiday rentals with a patio in Paengaroa

What a relaxing beachfront getaway. Completely worth it. The sound of the waves at night was so relaxing. Walkable to a couple restaurants and shops. Fantastic location, lovely host.

Excellent property, and much roomier than the photos portray! We chose it for the location and it didn’t disappoint:) Devon was super helpful when needed and responded immediately. Would def stay again if needed!

We had a lovely stay! Steph was warm, helpful, and readily available throughout our visit. The space was beautiful with stunning views and a fantastic location. While some aspects of the home are a little dated and could benefit from an update, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

Awesome little apartment. Kids loved the pool and spa. Really close to the beach. Had everything we needed for our family, will definitely be back. Cloe was supper accommodating and helped us immensely.

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. Absolute a great place to escape and relax for a family or 2 couples! Warm, very well maintained and how can you beat waking up to the sunrise coming out of the ocean!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jane's place. Set in a very peaceful location. A short walk to the shopping centre and a short drive to the Mount. Easy check-in. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. A very comfortable home. Would recommend.

WOW, Julie the host was incredible :):). From the get-go she was super responsive, friendly and so patient while we worked through the details of our long stay. She went the extra mile with regular check-ins, cleaner arranged and was very supportive to our colleagues needs. Would highly recommend Julie. Oh! and the property is exactly as described, neat and tidy and homely.

We had a fabulous stay at Sam’s place! All of the activities we planned were no more than 15 minutes via car. The heating units came in handy during the evening, but the bedding provided ample warmth. The best part were the views; nothing beat the sun rising right in front of the bed!

We enjoyed our stay at Lesa's beautiful house. Lesa was an awesome host and the house was even better than we imagined, everything we needed was provided (even some fresh bread and milk). There are 3 double bedrooms (one with ensuite), the lounge can be separated from the living area and also opens onto a nice sunny deck. the back yard opens onto a reserve/walkway which is awesome for walking/exercising the dog and also means you can walk to the beach and local shops/restaurants. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Papamoa.

This was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the attention to detail was fantastic. The outdoor shower was a great bonus, and the waffle station was such a fun and unique touch – my friend had a blast making waffles for breakfast! The outdoor area is lovely and well set up, with a BBQ that we didn’t get the chance to use on this short trip, but we’re already planning to come back. The high fences made it feel really secure, especially great for those travelling with dogs. Gerard was fantastic – super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. In terms of cleanliness, location, and amenities, this was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Can’t wait to return!

Don’t hesitate to book Donna’s place!! We booked a long weekend away to unplug and relax, while also wanting to explore the local area, and it served everything we were looking for on our trip and more. Donna’s place is secluded, peaceful, has stunning views, and was incredibly comfortable. It was still close enough (approx 20min drive) to beautiful beaches and restaurants if you’re looking to go out and about too. The reviews that say that photos can’t do the place justice were spot on. The house was spacious and luxurious with great amenities. Donna was a wonderful host, she was very helpful and left great recommendations on what to do nearby. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Our family felt so comfortable and at home here. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a lovely, cosy warm home 😊 * after a couple of brief instructions, we were left to enjoy our stay in Kawerau ☺️ We never needed for anything. Our hosts had all the comforts of home covered 🥰 💯👌🏼 * electric blankets * electric heaters * comfortable beds ☆ what really buzzed me out was the breakfast buffet 😋 We had an assortment of * breakfast cereals, porridge, bread for toasting with a variety of different spreads and of course butter 👌🏼😉 along with yoghurts, fruits and juices. We were even treated with a pack of bikkies to accompany a selection of hot beverages 👍🏼 Even my Grandchildren were treated with a box of bikkies for them 😉🤗 Thank you to Jenny, Chris and Buddy 💛🧡🤍

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

Nice modern apartment in a great location for the cbd, parks, lakeside and bars and restaurants, quiet location and well worth a visit when visiting Rotorua

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Amazing stay at Sienna Condo. Would definitely book here again. Nice and cosy, didn’t want to leave! Loved everything about it. Great host, great communication 😊
