Our flat is in trendy Kensal Rise, close to Portobello market, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a couple of minutes walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.

The house has been in the same ownership for 25 years. The property dates from 1880 and is in a long terrace of houses in Maida Vale. This flat is the Garden Flat with its own entrance and private garden which backs south onto the park.
