Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles

We had a very peaceful stay overlooking Woodland Hills. The home was convenient to our activities just to the east. While we were at the house, we took advantage of the terrific deck and the surrounding hiking trails. The house had everything we needed for our short stay.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The pool is beautiful, and the host is truly exceptional. We really appreciated the warmth and comfort throughout our stay. Plus, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

Logan was such a great host. He was very warm and welcoming and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The backyard is even nicer in person and we enjoyed this spending time with family out there. Would definitely recommend you stay here next time you’re in the area.

Hallgrim was a very gracious host. We were moving from another Airbnb & needed a place to stow our refrigerated food for 3 hours. He easily accommodated that & ultimately said we could just check in early. One caveat - be sure you understand the street parking protocol. It works but it can be tight, especially late at night. We always found a spot but you will need good parallel parking skills. The house is personal & eclectic & you will feel like you are staying at a good friend’s house. This is not the usual “just the basics” corporate Airbnb. It is a home. My daughter & I felt very comfortable staying here & would definitely book it again. The Canyon has a unique history. In addition to looking thru the beautiful coffee table book Hallgrim has left out for his guests to enjoy, you must watch Echo in the Canyon for an extended stroll through the musical history of this unique canyon. You’ll be singing Mamas and Papas songs on your way down to Lilly’s Cafe in no time!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !

Beautifully landscaped mountain house with rustic charm and an abundance of views and moments. Lynne is also very communicative and attentive. Dog friendly. Overall a delightful stay!

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

Spencer’s place looked like the photos and had everything I needed for a few days of working from home! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Comfortable furniture and nice shower. The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk around, close to a few different coffee and restaurant spots. Would return!

We really liked Romans place.. great location.. we walked everywhere.. the shower could have done with a better clean lots of mould in it... I had a crack at it... I'm a clean freak so I guess I'm a bit over the top with my cleanliness... the wind screams up the outside hallway so it's sounds like someone is talking to you... when they're not Lol... not a concern just so others know they aren't going crazy!! Could do with better blinds in the bedroom it's so bright in there in the morning... overall we liked it here alot! Loved that there was a washer and dryer and a car space... the instructions to get in and where to park were the best instructions we have ever received... thanks for having us Roman! :-)

Sandra was very easy to communicate with during the entire process. I had asked her for an early check in on short notice but she couldn’t accommodate, reasonably so, but was more than willing to offer a late check out without us having to ask. If we are ever in the area again we would for sure stay at her place!

We loved staying at Teresa’s beach house. It is just a ~10 min walk to the beach and accessible to anything one might need. We are grateful to have such a nice stay that is also dog friendly. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future.

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

The studio is so inviting, thoughtfully organized, and efficiently designed. Very charming and lovely place on a quiet and charming street. And Haim is wonderful, and made last minute accommodations for me, which were much appreciated. Thank you!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful Santa Monica home. The location is absolutely perfect – just a walk to the shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The house was sparkling clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One thing I really appreciated was the extra cleaning service provided after a week – it made such a difference and showed great attention to guest comfort. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and were super helpful with parking, which made everything so much easier. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Maggie was super responsive whenever we had a question. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the privacy and how safe we felt.

Johnny was a great host. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is walking distance to a decent diner (Nat's). home was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, huge fridge, and stove if you plan on cooking. Yard was a nice play to relax and the swimming pool was very clean. Samsung TVs were in almost every room in the home. The home is a nice location for large families or groups, although my stay was short it I enjoyed my stay with my friends. Would recommend.

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

Deborah was an amazing host to deal with, very clear and accommodating. The house itself was a wonderful place in a great location so no complaints whatsoever. First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

We had a wonderful weekend birthday trip for my daughter's 6th birthday to Universal Studios, and this place was perfect for our stay, just about 10 minutes away from the park. There were five of us in total. The six-year-olds shared the XL full bed with me, my mom was comfortable in one of the other beds, and my stepson had his own single bed. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool on Friday when we arrived. Since we were mostly out and about, it was the perfect spot to come home to and rest. The girls absolutely adored Patrick's son's cat, Poppies, such a sweet and gentle kitty! Patrick was there to greet us at check-in and gave us a tour of the space. He was very kind, welcoming, and available if we needed anything. Thank you so much, Patrick, for your hospitality!

The house is so close to lax airport and was very close to my aunts house. Soooooo many amenities in the house! Pool was refreshing, lots of comfortable patio furniture, comfortable beds, lots of games, books, many movies. Maria was so prompt to answer questions (thank you so much)!! Would stay here again without a doubt!! ❤️

Just right, goldilocks style. We hope to be back again regularly, and felt wonderfully comfortable, at home, easy. Living in BH even for a few days is a dream. The land, gardens, homes, and planning stand the test of time.
