The house is situated in a quiet side street of Oberneuland, which leads to the long-distance bike path from Bremen to Hamburg after 250 m. You can start a hike or bike tour directly from the house into the fantastic Wümme lowlands. Shopping is nearby (about 800 m), the bus stop is at the end of the street and Oberneuland train station is close. Parking is available in front of the house.

We offer you/you a fantastically beautifully located apartment with direct views and access to the Weser in a secluded location near Achim / Bremen in the immediate vicinity of the Weser bike path. The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance. The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time.
