Idyllic country house apartment

We converted an apartment in our country house into a vacation home. We rent two rooms in a separate apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom. In addition, there is a flowering garden with a pond and many enchanted corners. On the terrace there is a fire pit. One room has a large double bed and two single beds, the other has 2 beds. The spacious kitchen-living area invites you to spend sociable hours. All rooms are spacious.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room with a single bed, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the 3 furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

In the building there are 4 other apartments and 2 stores/offices on the first floor. The apartment is very central. The train station is 15 meters away. 30 minutes to Bremen city center. Within walking distance are supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

Feel at home in our small, quiet 1-bedroom apartment. It has everything you need for a stay: a cozy room and a small kitchenette. Bakery and supermarket are on the corner. By train in 10 minutes to the city and the university. The train stop of line 4 (Friedhofstraße) to the city is just 2 minutes away. This quiet apartment is located in the most beautiful residential area of Bremen with lots of greenery, Schwachhausen.

Wümmewiesenblick

The 60 sqm apartment, completed in early 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house directly on Molkereistraße at the exit of Fischerhude. The Hamburg-Bremen cycle path leads past the house and it is only 10 km by bike to Bremen through the Wümmeniederung nature reserve. Bicycles can be rented in the village and there is a lockable shed for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

Beautiful apartment with kitchenette, microwave, coffee machine (pads). Double bed with separate 1 m x 2 m mattresses. Desk and TV. Separate bathroom with shower. No pets, non-smoking apartment. Conveniently located 5 minutes' walk to Achim train station, from there 12 minutes to Bremen main train station. Also a 1-minute walk to downtown Achim (bakery 200 m) or a few minutes' drive to the Weser.
