One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Avonview Lodge Spacious 3 Bedroom House in Village

This newly built house is in the village of Brandon with its own parking, next to a field, often with sheep. The house is suitable for small work teams and families. There are several good eating places and a Coop within easy walking distance. There are many supermarkets close-by and the house is next to a bus stop between Rugby and Coventry. All rooms have a desk and Smart TV. There are several good walks, including along the River Avon. Brandon is close to Leamington Spa and Stratford on Avon

The Tool Shed

The Tool Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living downstairs, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite. private patio area at rear.

Welcome to our Freville Villas. It's a 15-minute drive from the city centre and an 18-minute ride on the No. 21 bus from the house. A grocery shop is a 5-minute walk away, and University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire is a 9-minute drive and an 18-minute ride on the No. 20A bus The Coventry Building Society Arena is a 10-minute drive, a 25-minute bus ride, or a 42-minute walk away. and The beautiful River Sowe is a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of beautiful areas to walk and explore

The Dairy

The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house

A light and bright modern studio in a recently built complex with a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities required to ensure a homely and comfortable stay. Located next to Coventry University and a few minutes walk to the city centre and all its central attractions. CBS arena, JLR, Warwick uni are all easily accessible by public transport. Refurbished in July 2023 and including free Wi-Fi & Netflix this is an ideal space for a city break, work trip or for any visiting academics.
