Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Unique view of Lake Überling with the rock formation of the former heath caves in the foreground. Located only 40 meters from the lake and the entrance to the new Uferpark West, on the edge of the landscape reserve. Lake Constance-Therme is a 10-minute walk away. Full kitchen-living room and 50" TV. Therme train station is 1 km away, bus stop is right in front of the house.

Unser Baumhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Riedhausen. Erleben Sie das Pfrunger Ried auf vielen Wander und Radwegen direkt vor der Baumhaustreppe, entdecken Sie auch zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist im Nachbarort zu finden. Ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant ist im Ort und auch in den umliegenden Ortschaften zu finden. In nur 30 Minuten erreicht man Überlingen am Bodensee.

We are about 400 meters away from the attractive Lake Constance thermal spa and Westbad, about 500 meters from the Therme train station and about 800 meters from the city center.
