This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. 12 Minuten oder 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt liegt unser gemütliches Landhaus mit großem Garten am Hang über Stockach-Zizenhausen. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

Unser Baumhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Riedhausen. Erleben Sie das Pfrunger Ried auf vielen Wander und Radwegen direkt vor der Baumhaustreppe, entdecken Sie auch zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist im Nachbarort zu finden. Ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant ist im Ort und auch in den umliegenden Ortschaften zu finden. In nur 30 Minuten erreicht man Überlingen am Bodensee.

The apartment consists of a large living room with a new built-in kitchen. This is spaciously furnished. In this room there is a corner couch, which can be used as a sofa bed, and a dining table. The living room is bright and leads directly to a Mediterranean terrace with seating, sun loungers and a grill. View of the lake and the Alps. The bedroom consists of a double bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Children are welcome.

Apartment on the first floor with separate entrance and private terrace. Our facility is decorated in modern and country house style. You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

Lake view and direct forest access

The modern and spacious apartment offers two guests with approx. 110 m² enough space to unwind, read a book, sit in the sun or simply switch off. With direct forest access, lake view and 5 min walk to the lake, the apartment offers pure relaxation. High, large windows bring plenty of daylight into the apartment, the south-facing terrace invites you to linger, the view of the lake, forest and garden brings peace and privacy.

Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. The balcony and the terrace invite you to sit outside and grill. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. A ping pong table, pool table and washer/dryer can be used. The electric car can also be charged.

FUCHS & HAS' log cabin between Lake Constance and the Danube

A place to switch off and relax. For extended hikes you do not need a car: the small residential area connects directly to large forest areas. By (e-)bike, 5 (bathing) lakes can be reached within 2.5 hours. Lake Constance or the Danube can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Or you can simply enjoy the garden of the lovingly renovated log cabin and take time for thoughtful walks...
