The most important feature of our apartment, which is in the most central location of Fethiye and in Beşkaza Square, the largest square, is the unique sea view. Our apartment, which is in a brand new apartment building with an elevator, has many equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, stove, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, iron, tea maker to meet your needs. It has 1 bedroom with sea view and 1 normal double bedroom, 1 living room (2 people can stay) and a bathroom with 24-hour hot water.

It is right next to the famous promenade filled with restaurants, friendly bars, pubs, jogging and bicycle path. This 30m2 (323 sq.ft.) Suite features a bedroom, living room, a mini deck in the garden, a washer and a bathroom. This suite does not have cooking equipments(stove, microwave, kitchenware, pans, etc) to cook meals and it is not possible to cook in this suite.

The area is peaceful, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to town or a quick drive to the beaches. There’s also a scenic forest hike up to the abandoned village of Kayaköy.
