Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ovacık Mahallesi

Second year back here, great house that is even better than the pictures. The host is really helpful & communicative and arranged our transfers too which was really helpful. Walking distance to the town & a taxi button right outside for going to the beach/markets. Overall a great house & pool in a great location. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to Ms. Naciye for sharing her really stylish and useful house with us. Our house was really like the home of someone we know, away from commercial activity. Everything was sparkling clean including the drawers. He understood our later guests, which were considered to be Emrivaki, and we did not lack the slightest. The location was great, you go to the beach in 7 minutes by car, you can get to the markets for 2-3 minutes. It was a great house, away from the humidity, away from the noise of the city, but right next to it, I would like to share that there are breaks on the internet regionally. If I go again, I will definitely not look for a house, thank you so much Ms. Naciye.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness - everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach – ideal if you want to take a stroll, eat out or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation really special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

We spent 7 wonderful nights in the villa and had an all-round relaxing time. The house was very clean, as was the pool – everything was regularly maintained. A big thank you to Mustafa, who was always there to help us with advice and action and helped us immediately with any questions. You should know that Yesilüzümlü is a rather remote place - just right for those who seek peace and simply want to switch off. If you want a bit of hustle and bustle, you can reach the centre of Fethiye in about 20 minutes by car or taxi. We can definitely recommend the villa and will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Positive aspects; The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The whole place was super clean. The pool was well-maintained and lovely. The garden was very beautiful, we even picked fresh onions and added them to the dishes. The towels and beds were very clean. When you woke up in the morning, the birdsong was peaceful. It was very nice to have a fireplace and a barbecue. It was in a very safe position. Negative aspects; The lock system of a sun lounger was broken. It got caught in my hand and my finger was seriously damaged. The jet of the jacuzzi did not work. There was almost no internet connection. Areas open to improvement; The area between the pool and the vegetables is very empty. You can add or animate something there. There is noise as construction continues in the villas next door. It can be preferred after the construction is finished. The carpet in the living room can be changed, there are stains, it is disturbing. My advice to those who will come by navigation is to come to Göcek and take the back road. When you enter from Dalaman, the road is incredibly bad. Apart from all these, it is a place that should be preferred and visited easily.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

They also bought the other apartments in the building where I stayed before and started to provide services with 4 apartments. We were thinking of renting a villa, we rented this apartment at a cost of less than half the price and it was almost in the comfort of a villa. It deserved our money to the end, it is cheaper than the apartments in the large site consisting of 20-30 apartments, much more well-maintained and peaceful. We would like to thank Ms. Necla's son Özgür very much, he responded to our messages very quickly and made suggestions for activities we could do in the region, the location is excellent.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

the house has a magnificent view, especially the time from the evening until the sunset is very enjoyable. It is good in terms of location, a little quieter than the mobility of the center, but close to everywhere.

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there.
