We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness - everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach – ideal if you want to take a stroll, eat out or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation really special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they welcomed us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I came across by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

The place is even more beautiful in real life, including the view from the pool, everything was clean. The house has all the comforts for a pleasant stay and is well equipped to make you feel at home. The hosts make sure and are caring, it's really appreciated and I really thank you Ayşe and Serkan for it. We also had everything we needed to get started and/or spend the week (dishwashing liquid, sponge, laundry detergent, toilet paper, oil, salt...). We were close to all the main points of interest (Calis Plage, Old Fethiye, Oludeniz...) although the villa is in a remote corner of the main arteries. Anyway, I had a very good week and I recommend it.

The house is extremely new and clean. Having a toilet and bathroom in each bedroom is a very comfortable amenity for a crowded stay. It's nice to have a sauna. In terms of location, you can even walk both quietly and close to grocery stores.

The location of the house, the nature view, the calmness was magnificent. Mr. Emre is a very friendly and helpful person. The house is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. Fethiye is the place we feel like home the next time we come. Thank you for everything.

The house and belongings were spotless. Great location with good views. It is located within a decent site. Oludeniz is 10 minutes away if there is no traffic. There were 2 cars and we did not have a shortage of parking. Parking was sufficient. Ms. Şükran is very caring and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. You can stay with peace of mind.

We enjoyed staying at Deniz's house. It is located on a quiet street but very close to the seafront and restaurants. The guest area occupies the entire second floor and has a separate entrance from the street, which is very convenient. The three bedrooms and dining area have lots of windows, providing plenty of fresh air. The three balconies are convenient as well. The house was clean and well-maintained. The garden added a lot of fun to our stay, as we were allowed to explore it and pick some fruits. We gave Deniz 5 stars and would love to stay there again.

The villa was great, the location was easy to find, clean, and welcoming at check-in.The inside of the villa is superb with lawns, greenery, decorations etc and the swimming pool is fresh.The host was very friendly, very patient, forgot something to the villa, the landlord helped send it back.Worth recommending, I will recommend to my friends.

I planned a marriage proposal for my girlfriend. First of all, I would like to thank brother Brigade and Tufan brother. Everything was so beautiful and meaningful, the time and amenities we spent in the house were great. Cleanliness was very important to us. You feel like you are in your own home in a one-to-one environment for calm listening, and it was a plus for us that they were flexible at check-in and check-out. If my route is Fethiye again, it can be my first address 🙏

Firats villa is as beautiful as the photos. It is clean, modern and so many different areas to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor garden and pool. There are sun spots and shaded areas with an outdoor fan. It made us smile every day. It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach with shops and restaurants which we did comfortably. With the heat and if a bit slower walking I would suggest a taxi. Firat supplied details of a driver who was responsive and friendly and this helped greatly when needed. Would recommend to take a few basics like tea and coffee and washing up products if arriving out of the shopping hours. Firat responded quickly to any queries and is a great host!

The villa was exactly as in the photos. It was very well designed, many needs were available in the house. The market is close, and you can get a lot of things from there. We had a peaceful holiday in the mountain air, I recommend it.

Literally very good. It's like you've gone to a friend as a guest. She was immediately solution-oriented and resolved that I wrote for a few needs of the hotel owner so beautiful and helpful. Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. In addition, the house was as shown in the photos, there was no problem with cleaning, there was no problem with cleaning, it was already very active in the other rooms, and it was clear from the cleaning in your own room. The air bnb was really nice just like the picture. However the location was not the best, it is close to a bakery and market - 2 minute walk from the airbnb however the way to Oludeniz with the nice beach is quite far~ 1hr and you must take 2 dolmuşes to get there. but overall staff was frendly, helped us alot with directions and were attentive to our needs. If you are not planning to go to olüdeniz beach it is the perfect place to stay.

The house was just like in the photos. The items aren't new, but they're not old enough to feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness was good. Kitchen supplies are sufficient for minimum needs. The washing machine and the dishwasher are old, but they do work. It only took a bit of time to find the quick wash schedules at first. The garden and pool are very good for families with children. There are aparthotels around the house, but the garden and pool are not visible from apart hotels because the trees are long and ivy. Although the pool and garden are partially visible from the villa next door, the neighbors almost never went to the balcony or window. The pool was clean and maintained daily. The downstairs was closed. Ms. Oya's mother did not stay there. The house has an energy that makes you feel at home and we were satisfied with our stay.

It was a wonderful holiday. It was a very clean villa. There was everything at home that even I couldn't think of. We were very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

The location is great & very quiet, easy walk to main road for buses everywhere, kitchen and all amenities where great with all cooking utensils, garden is nice and an interesting work in progress. The overall site is nice and clean, with trees, shrubs, other villas gardens , the pool and pool area is excellent and a short walk from the villa, and was hardly used by anyone but us for 3 weeks, but still very well maintained.
