The Little Cottage was exactly what I needed! The best place I’ve ever rented in Nags Head!!!! Very dog friendly!!! Perfect amenities in the kitchen for cooking and grilling!!!! Beach across the street! Gorgeous sunrises, walks on the beach with my black lab!!! I was in heaven. Very peaceful stay! My bike rides were fun, too!!! Zeus pod was a very cool spot. Easy to get in and out of, yet secluded from the masses. Centrally located on the island, you can wander out to north or south making day trips easy. I'd love to come back and bring entire family and rent all 3 units! Great spot for a family reunion. Jim's a great host! Much needed vacation and very relaxing surroundings.

Our family recently had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Duck. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the unique and stunning artwork that adorns every room. It truly felt like stepping into a gallery, adding a special touch to our vacation experience! The house was incredibly well-equipped and immaculate. The pristine pool and hot tub were so inviting that we spent most of our days there, visiting the beach only twice. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to many fantastic restaurants and grocery stores. Our hosts were kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions, making us feel truly welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone considering a visit to Duck, North Carolina. It’s perfect for a relaxing and memorable family vacation. We can’t wait to return!

The cabana was very clean. We have stayed at several and this one was our favorite by far. The bed was comfortable, the view from the upper deck was great, and we were able to check into our rental hassle free. Vacasa was very accommodating. We hope to rent this cabana again! Awesome experience.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Kimber's place and it was beautiful! Kimber was a wonderful host with lots of recommendations. The area is so beautiful and there is so much to do. The place was very well kept and was a pleasure to stay at!

It was our first visit to Ocracoke Island, and we had a great time! The four of us and our two dogs had just enough space for this short vacation. It was even better than we expected! The furnishings, kitchen items, and linens were very good quality. Jasmine was a very friendly and responsive host.

My group enjoyed our stay at the tiny house in Ocracoke. It looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The tiny house was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washer/dryer combo was useful. It had all the essentials so you can just show up with a suitcase and make yourself at home. It is located behind a larger house but the way it is situated and the landscaping gave it a private feel. It was easy to drive to the tiny house from the vehicle ferry landing and check in using the combo lockbox.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Beehive. The hosts were responsive and very helpful- helped us with a flat tire . Delighted we planned this last minute getaway and would love to return !

A perfect getaway for our anniversary! Sharon’s place was exactly as described and the neighborhood was quiet and felt super safe. It was 5 mins walkable to the beach and great restaurants too!

This was our first tiny home stay - and it was wonderful! We really enjoyed the indoor screen porch where we had morning coffee, the hammock outside was the perfect resting place. We appreciated all the little things like food recommendations, amenities, and access to beach items. The house was full of natural light and amazing artwork, which really helped that “feeling right at home” experience! We’ll definetly be back! Thank you Carolina and Brian :)

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time here. The hot tub was a great touch especially given the time of year we visited, it was a great way to warm up. Moe was very friendly and responsive! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet laidback spot with easy access to the beach.

This is such a quaint and comfortable stay. The location is perfect and quiet. Rent a golf cart or bikes for your stay if you don’t have a car. You can also walk to pretty much everywhere or use the free town shuttle. The place is very clean and has everything you need. I highly recommend it and would stay here for sure on our next visit.

My husband and I came to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. We were beyond amazed with our stay! It was the perfect place for my husbands and I to unwind from our busy lives. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor shower and the easy walk to the beach! The outdoor sitting area was also so nice. Craig (the host ) was super responsive and gave us some great recommendations on food and was available whenever we needed him! We can’t wait to stay again!

Absolutely phenomenal, 10 Star host!! Pat communicated with me throughout our booking and stay. During our stay we did have a few questions and she answered quickly. She has a convenient ice maker within the space and while we were there it broke. She immediately ordered a new one and was going to send Chuck to get us bags of ice until the new one arrived. We weren't worried about it but just the thought of them doing that was a plus! She met us at check-in and was very thorough explaining not just everything about the space but also a whole lot about the area, places to go, things to do and such. Both Pat and Chuck are extremely friendly and easy to talk to!! All the extras she included for us was absolutely amazing! She truly thinks about her guests and we could tell it's not just a money thing for them! Just as described, the beach is literally about 100 steps away and so totally enjoyable!! We will definitely be staying at Heathsville OBX in the near future! Thank you so, so much!

Perfect location to explore up and down OBX! Quieter than Nags Head and close to Kitty Hawk. Small space but had everything I needed: a bed, couch, kitchen with pots and dishes, clean bathroom, good water pressure in the shower and water stays hot. Washer/dryer but my detergent and dryer sheets were packed too deep in my car so didn’t end up doing laundry. A “need to know” for my fellow dog people: the studio unit is attached to another 1-2 units (shares a wall) and shares an open backyard. Wasn’t an issue for us, just a little barking from the other dog, but wanted to share in case it’s important for your dog, as I’m sure it is for many. Also, watch out for sand spurs in the yard. 10/10 would stay here again!

The Virginia Dare Cottage was great, it was the perfect size for 2 people & very clean/well kept. It was in a very convenient location with Downtown Manteo less than 10mins of walking distance. Gia was very communicative & proactive with information throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

We were visiting to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and Ashley was super accommodating to help me celebrate it!! I mailed a few decorations ahead of time to surprise him and Ashley hung them up before we got there. I would have loved to be able to stay longer, the location was perfect and the beach was quiet. 10/10 ⭐️

Mary Ellen and Jim’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay on the island. It was quaint, clean, and overall lovely. The outdoor shower was amazing and exactly what you need after a long day at the beach. On top of that the AC is top notch, even on the hottest day we knew we could come back to a cool space to relax and unwind. The location is central to all the great spots on the island, just a short golf cart ride! Mary Ellen and Jim were very accommodating in providing us with everything we needed from golf cart chargers to bikes and ocean kayaks. Also, the handwritten note welcoming us to the space and to the island was a really nice touch, making us feel right at home . We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

We loved the bungalow and location! Rodanthe is charming and the beach is really beautiful. Such an easy walk or bike ride. Amanda and Scooter were wonderful hosts!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this quiet cottage in this beautiful lovely neighborhood not too far from the beach and the sound in southern shores. The place was very clean and perfectly located.
