He used it to go to disconnect, fish, play the clarinet and rest, while taking care of the vines and the terraces. It is located two meters from the water. You can access it by river, by boat, or by car. It consists of a living room/kitchen with a fireplace, bathroom and a bed in the loft. Also a patio under a vine overlooking the river. There is light and electricity.
