Además de los servicios básicos (calefacción, utensilios de cocina, electrodomésticos, ropa de baño y camas), cuenta con lavadora-secadora, aire acondicionado, wifi, tv en salón, cafetera de cápsulas, desayuno primer día, productos de higiene personal. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a todo el apartamento, no se comparte, se alquila todo el apartamento. Se permite fumar y aceptamos mascotas.
