Elegantly remodeled! 1 bed, 1 bath first floor condo located d-town Telluride. Condo showcases mountain views with dazzling alpenglow. San Miguel River and trail are just feet from the front door. The kitchen is well outfitted for groups who enjoy cooking and entertaining. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, large smart TV and a premium sound system. Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Cozy Purgatory Condo, Steps to the Slopes

This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Park your car and walk everywhere! Pool/hot tub are being renovated currently and there is roof construction. Enjoy this fine Resort with No Resort Fee! Welcome to our STUDIO at the Ski and Golf Resort of Tamarron at Glacier Club in Durango. Heated indoor and outdoor pools with fire pit. ONE ROOM STUDIO with private bathroom. Sleeping: one queen Murphy bed, full sofabed sleeper and a single fold out mattress. 5 guests max including infants. 21+ to reserve We have a family allergy so we cannot accept animals. Nice people only 😊.
