You want to find a cozy nest of 50 m2 in Ancenis, town bordering the Loire, between Nantes and Angers, it's good here. The apartment is located in the city center, on a small square, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the walks on the banks of the Loire. We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).
