Ideally located on the banks of the Loire between Nantes and Angers, it will be perfect for discovering the region (close access to Loire by bike, hiking trails, Gulf of Ile d 'Or, small villages on the banks of the Loire near Oudon train station, Machines de Nantes, seaside at 1 hour, Puy du Fou, terra Britannica, Boissière du golden zoo...)

Gîte "OhLaVache!"

Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Between Nantes and Angers, discover the town of Oudon known for its splendid medieval tower. Oudon is easily accessible from the A11 motorway (Ancenis exit) or by train since the town has a train station.<br><br>This house can accommodate up to 7 people in its 3 bedrooms, its large living room with open kitchen and its large fully enclosed garden. All on one level with a view of the countryside.<br><br>The accommodation has 2 queen-size double beds (160x200cms) and 3 single beds.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.

Fisherman's lodge by the water (in the village)

Unique location, very quiet. Newly renovated charming house. Under the trellis or on the veranda, by the water in a natural port of the Loire animated by migratory birds. 10-minute walk to the water, supervised swimming. At the foot of the slopes! (bike, walk). Boat and canoe rental, equestrian center and Loire cruises nearby. 15-minute drive to the Ile d'Or golf course. 20 minutes by train to Nantes.

The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).

At the Bel Air de Loire in a green estate

Very bright, independent, newly built accommodation, adjoining our house with a large landscaped garden where you can relax in peace. Located near the Loire and its sandy beaches in a tourist area (boat rides, medieval ruins, hiking trails, Loire by bike, etc.). We also welcome your 4-legged companion if they are sociable and under your watchful eye. Convenience store 3 km away.

Gîte Pamyro "chez Eddy"

Located in a village near the La Loire bike path, Pamyro is a fully renovated cottage. Ideal for 2 people, you will be seduced by its suspended terrace. (access via a staircase) For your comfort, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bedroom with shower room complete this cozy little nest.
