With its own entrance and a lovely terrace in a French atmosphere. Located on 'Maar' with the possibility of renting a canoe at the Trankiel living room café. Walking and cycling in the area along villages with authentic medieval churches. Or - when the weather is nice - enjoy reading and lazing in a hammock in the lush garden.

Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Wonderful hiking, cycling and a nice base for excursions nearby, such as Groningen city, the Wadden Sea or the many picturesque villages that are more than worth visiting. The apartment is located directly next to the starting point of the Jacobspad and close to various (long-distance) cycling and hiking routes. Within walking distance of amenities and station. The apartment is situated on the first floor.

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

This nice room is built in a barn and has its own shower and toilet. Ten minutes drive to the Wadden Sea. So no beach but dikes with sheep on it. However, a few fake beaches and the ferry service to Borkum for the real thing. Wake up to cackling chickens under your window. Wood-burning stove, with support of an electric heater. Preferably no employees unless..... Dogs welcome for a small fee.

Rustic Gulfhof in a completely secluded location a few meters away from the dyke (North Sea), invites you to a quiet holiday. Enjoy the sea air or the sunset outside in the garden. Or you can drink your coffee in the bed overlooking the dyke. Far and wide, the platinum house is surrounded by fields. The apartment in the courtyard is well equipped and spacious.
