Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Welcome! We offer you your own entrance, bathroom and kitchen! Do you like the country side? Enjoy the peace of our spacious gardens, the lovely fireplace and our 'royal' breakfast. (€17,50 /PP) The entrance of our property is protected with a visible outdoor camera. Lekkerkerk is in the Green Hart of South-Holland. Visit the world heritage windmills of Kinderdijk or our local cheese farm on our rental bikes (€10/day) to have the ultimate Dutch experience. WIFI 58,5 /23,7 Mbps .

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Rural guesthouse, close to Rotterdam

Behind our farmhouse is a separate guest house on our property. The cottage is quiet and rural, but centrally located in terms of surroundings. It is complete, for max 2 people, with privacy and free view at the back of the cottage on a meadow, where in the summer regularly some cows of the neighbors walk and in the winter sometimes some sheep. Our farm is no longer in operation; we only have chickens (which walk freely around the yard) and there are a few rabbits and carrier pigeons.

Prachtige woning midden in de natuur en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van het historische centrum van Leiden, de oudste universiteitsstad van Nederland. De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Farm Cottage with Dutch Polder views

This lovingly refurbished cottage sits in the middle of the Dutch polder landscape. With triple aspect views of fields, there is always something to see, whether it is farmers in action, cows grazing or a kestrel hovering. The area is popular with cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers, yet famous cities such as Gouda and Rotterdam are only a short car journey away. Please do note we are not close to any public transport links. The perfect place to relax or be as active as you like.

The Black Barn

The Black Barn: stijlvol vakantiehuis in een voormalige werkplaats nabij de Hollandse IJssel. Ruim verblijf voor 4 personen met 2 slaapkamers. Moderne keuken, grote living en privéterras op afgesloten terrein. Geniet van rust, natuur en ruimte in de Krimpenerwaard met fiets en wandelroutes. Workshops bij lokale boerderijen en een bezoek aan de molens op Kinderdijk, Steden Gouda en Rotterdam op 20 min. afstand. Gratis parkeren. Kleine Huisdieren in overleg.

Parkeren is inbegrepen. Geniet van rust en ruimte op deze bijzondere groene plek op het water, aan de rand van het centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien: airco, gratis wifi. Een Nespresso-apparaat voor heerlijke koffie. Het Vroesenpark ligt aan de overkant, Diergaarde Blijdorp op 10 minuten lopen, evenals metro Blijdorp (800m). Nabij centrum en uitvalswegen. Neem op een warme dag een verfrissende duik in het kanaal, of stap in de kano's die voor je klaar liggen.

🌿 Our modernly furnished studio has a living/bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen. You have a private entrance and it is on the ground floor. All to yourself. It has air conditioning for heating or cooling. A space with a bright and quiet look, great for relaxing. In a quiet neighborhood. Central to Rotterdam, the windmills of Kinderdijk (7 km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13 km) and Gouda (13 km). Also nice by water bus to Rotterdam or Dordrecht. 🚲 E-bikes for hire.

If you are a Nederlander or if you are planning to make a trip to the Netherlands, a visit to Kinderdijk should not be missed. It is fantastic to live near to the monumental windmills. The house is rented without a garden, but from inside or out on the balcony you will have stunning views of the mills. We would like to give you a warm welcome at our house where we do everything to give you a pleasant and memorable stay.

Enjoy the sounds of nature right in the middle of the Dutch green heart when you stay in this unique place. Surrounded by trees a private grass field, orchard and many birds! perfect for friends and family vacations and getaway's. 7 min walk to the village shopping street and public transport, 18 min from Gouda with car or bus and 6 km away from Schoonhoven (Silver Town) and 21 min from Rotterdam Centre.

Studio and alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
