From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Jullie kunnen samen genieten van de privé sauna, -regen/stoom douche en -ligbad of heerlijk languit op de bank een film of serie te kijken, eventueel met roomservice! Ook kun je kiezen uit vele dagjes uit bij ons in de omgeving. Kortom alles binnen handbereik voor een onvergetelijke ervaring!

Private entrance, ground floor and located by the forest. 2 km away from the authentic old town of Goedereede with its cozy inner harbor and terraces. Ouddorp is known for its beach clubs. Made beds and towels are provided.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has a private entrance, is suitable for 2 people (no babies) and has a private terrace on the water. In the area, you can enjoy hiking, biking and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a private parking space, and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Deze polderhut is een unieke slaap locatie met de allermooiste zonsondergang! Deze knusse trekkershut staat aan de waterrand en heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen. Door het unieke concept waarbij je de zijkant kan openklappen geniet je echt van het buitenzijn. En ga je met 6 personen op avontuur? Dat kan, we hebben namelijk drie van deze unieke A-frame cabins!

The ship is a former West German patrol customs ship built in 1956, now completely converted into a houseboat with a modern interior, suitable for a comfortable stay. The ship is located in the characteristic harbor of Oudenbosch, close to the city center. with shops, the famous basilica, museums, observatory and restaurants within walking distance.
