It contains everything you need for a couple of days of holiday or work trip; large wooden dining table, tv, comfortable couch, spacious bedroom, bathroom. A spacious ground-floor flat with a high ceiling, recently renovated. The location is the best, within walking distance from Utrecht central station, in the cosy neighbourhood of Lombok. While very central, you can still hear the birds.

Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.

Spacious and light 3 bedroom family house with sunny backyard. Built in 1880, modern on the inside. Kidsfriendly street (playground and 30km/hour-trafficzone). Our characteristic family house is situated in a popular, easy and safe area called 'Oudwijk'. Around the corner (2 minute walk) you’ll find a nice shopping street with local shops (grocery, bakery’s, butcher), bus stop, delicatessen. There are a lot of nice bars/restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a good coffee.

In the basement, you can play table tennis, pool, darts and/or table football. There is a cat living in the house, Bear. She loves cuddling and eating!
