Deze letterlijk midden in Nederland gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In 30 minuten in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam of Utrecht. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Cosy house with garden, next to park & city centre

The perfect spot to relax and enjoy tranquility yet fully enjoy Utrecht’s city centre by walking to coffee bars, shops etc. The most beautiful (Wilhelmina)park of Utrecht is only 2 min walk away. Utrecht’s forest (Rhijnauwen) is walkable or a 10-15 minute bike ride away. Within 5 minutes you are on the highway. Th station is 8 min by bus. Our lovely, modern, cosy family house (185m2) with sunny garden (south), is surrounded by parks, forest and playgrounds. In a 7 minutes walk you will be in the historical center of Haarlem. Our house is perfect for families (Max 4 adult + 2 kids) and couples. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, musea and more are on walking distance. It will take 10 minutes by bike or bus to reach the train station: every 15 min a train leaves to Amsterdam. Beaches are 15 min by train or 30 min by bike.

We have a comfortable and modern house at the cattle market in Utrecht. Perfect to discover Utrecht/Holland. The top 2 floors are available for the rental. What can you expect? You will share the front door and stairwell with our family. Up two flights of stairs and there you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you have an open kitchen, living room and beautiful roof terrace at your disposal. You can close your own space through a sliding door.
