This comfortable, clean, bright and spacious apartment is located at the most beautiful canal in the historic heart of Utrecht and within walking distance of all sights. It's the whole top floor of our characteristic, monumental house dating from 1475 and it has a great view over the canal from the living room. You can use the peaceful terrace next to the canal for your breakfast or drinks. You will love this special medieval place, so typical of Utrecht! It is the perfect home away from home.

Cozy 1930s groundfloor apartment of 55 m2. with spacious patio. Living- and diningroom with slidingdoors. Small but cozy bedroom (bed 140x200 cm.) with an extra TV. When you book for three persons, I’ll install a foldingbed in the front room (diningroom). No parties, loud music, visitors or smoking inside. And sorry, I ONLY accept reservations from guests with at least three positive reviews from prior hosts. Please don’t make the reservation if you don’t have any. I will not accept it.

Very central located place. Everything in reach of 15 minutes walking. Great room with fully equipped kitchen. Good working area, balcony and double bed. You have your own toilet and bathroom, just near your room in the hall. The location is perfect for visiting the university, all the highlights of Utrecht or central station.
