If you like nature, water and tranquility, it's a blissful place to unwind. You will hear the birds all day and really feel outside here between all that water and greenery! From the jetty at the harbor you can dive into the water. The sunny garden and terrace are beautifully landscaped and offer plenty of privacy.

Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Popular excursions such as Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Leiden, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht are within easy reach. Public transport is within walking distance.

We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.
